In addition to this, legaldisputes resolution methods are also described by applying them in two different case studies. Every country has some principles. Similarly, the main principle of UK is“parliament is sovereign”. This states that all the laws in UK legal system are made by theParliament. It has the supremacy to make or reject any law. Along with this, amendments arealso made by Parliament. There are certain rules for regarding this principle such as a parliamentcan not make any such law which can not changed by future parliament. In addition to this, thelegal authority of the parliament is above all other courts and tribunals (Craig, 2018). UK has a constitution which is not wholly written and codified but still it is a great sourceby which knowledge about legal provisions can be gathered.
