Introduction Legal system are those laws which are used over developing legal standards to be used within country. Through these system better and effective structure is made over forming guidelines and rules used for making business organization within particular perspective. Also legal system helps upon developing laws used in order to provide more effectiveness within operations of business. Also law’s are used in order to completed goals and objective in more effective way. Scope of business law are wider as they impact business functions directly. Through business law all kinds of business are performed in more effective manner. Nature is dynamic as it tends over forming balance within operations of business. In this report there are three parts first part explains about basic concept of law and then civil, criminal law is covered. In second part sources of law is covered. In the end employment law is covered with its various aspects. Part 1: Classifications of Law Define laws and identify the respective legal systems in the UK Laws basically means those rule a regulations that are made by passing legislation within country. It has been making individual and public at large protected againstissuestakingplacewithinsociety.Theserulesaregovernedbylegal authority making laws applied in more effective way (Bloomfield, 2022). Further they hold responsibility to handle various aspects which develops peace and order within country. Law holds responsibility in developing legal structure present in a country to deal over legal aspects present within country. Through law goals and objectives of legal welfare of sates achieved more effectively. They developed of doctrine of separation of power which allows three main organs work with more effectiveness. These organs are legislative, executive and judiciary together these organs form legal system in UK making justice served more effectively. Laws are focused upon behavioralandethicalpatternsfollowedbyanindividualasitimpactssocial environment of society. Laws are of various kinds which are based over activities creating impact over society and its working.Law made United Kingdom's legal structure formed in more effective manner. These laws are formed through passing legislation for which proper structure has been formed in more effective way. In this common law principles are used which helps in making diversity created within law formation. Common law principles are one of the most important perspective that 3
has been used over making legal system developed in more effective way. These laws are able to build proper legal structure making laws to be formed with efficiency. In the legal system of UK there are three main organs helping operating various legal operations in UK.These organs of law make justice to be procured by making legal system more strong in nature. Laws has helped UK in making various aspects to be developed in more effective manner. Explanation with examples the following as means of classification of laws in the English Legal system a)Civil Law: The law deals over different aspects that has been covered in civil cases. The law is used to deal with problems faced by an individual living within society. Also the law makes society better place for an individual. In other words Civil laws are those laws dealing upon various perspectives of society(Blair and Barbiani, 2019). Through this an individual is able to live life in more effective way by making them take justice in more effective way. Through this laws development of proper civil legal system is done which protects dignity of an individual by controlling wrongs committed by an individual. Also under the law civilian are protected against wrongs in relation to property, tort and sate related matter in which an individual is involved. There are different kinds of civil laws dealing over general clauses allowing changes take place within an organization. These laws deal over needs of individual living within society of United Kingdom.Thus civil law holds importance over forming structure making civillawsusedcommonlawsmakinglegalstructurecreatedmoreeffectively. Throughthelawindividualsrightareprotectedagainsttheauthoritytryingto dominate the rights. Thus it holds importance in relation over legal system of UK. b)Criminal Law: These are the law that has been used in order to deal over criminal activities taking place within country. This helps over dealing with criminal activities that has been taking place within society. Through criminal law criminal activities has been dealing with crimes like murder, sexual assault, theft and extortion. This makes proper legal structure created within United Kingdom. Also the court has been given power to thrash those cases within which any law has been violated which tends to disturb legal structure presented within Unite Kingdom. b)Supreme Court: This is the highest court of appeal present within United Kingdom making cases to be solved in more effective way. The court has been used in order to make balance created within legal system of UK. It helps in procuring justice in more effective manner. Through the rules passed by the courts high court is able to work as they hold responsibility to guide high courts. Supreme Court holds responsibilityinrelationtoputstayoverthoselegislationwhicharenot appropriate over legal aspects. Part 2: Source of law Explanation of Case Law as a source of laws Case law are those important sources which has been used upon making laws formed in more with new aspects existing within society. The source is based over cases which are landmark and created proper legal structure for handling cases of these kinds. Through case law most of the cases are formed by allowing justice to be served with new motive. This makes sources based upon cases to be deal in detail making judiciary more advanced in nature. This is an important parts of UK legal system as it works over common law principles making justice to be served in 5
its real sense. Also through case law various critical aspects are handled allowing legislations amended with strong impact upon criminal activities taking place within courts. Explanation of the process of making Legislation Legislations is one of the most important aspect based over laws that is permanent in nature and are applied across nation. Through these laws various important legislation has been created which made legal system of United Kingdom string in more effective way. Through legislation various legislation and laws has been formed that lead over regulating legal aspect in more effective manner. They are related in order to improve laws which makes local bodies workwithin the legal framework of an organization(Zwitter, 2019). It is important over developing legal guidance upon laws present within an organization. In UK proper process exists for making law which is three reading process. First stage includes draft that has to be presented within the parliament andonly presentation is done over the process. Then comes second stage which is based upon having discussion over bill in detail andthenvoting is doneover it. The meaning and examples of Delegated Legislation Delegated legislation are those aspects that is used in order to give power for dealing with different kinds of perspective of distributing power to another sub authority. Under the main legal aspects has been covered which is covered in relation to various authority making relevant laws to be applied in more effective way within legal system of UK (Blair and Barbiani, 2019). Also delegated legislation makes justice to be served in more effective way. Part 3:UK law making process:Employment Law These are the laws that are used over forming rules and regulation in more effective way(Bian and Marchione, 2018). As per employment law various problems of employees are solved with an legal aspect of employment aspect within society. In this various acts has been covered like Employee Rights Act 1995, Equality Act 2010 and Wages act has helped in creating equality and diversity within an organization. 6
Statutory Duties of Employers to their employees There are various kinds of duties which is required to be followed by employer towards employees. They are providing wages on time and keeping regularization up to date. Wrongful Dismissal and Unfair Dismissal Actions In this Unfair dismissal has been covered which is based over dealing with actions that are not ethical in nature. Also theft is covered in these conditions only unfair dismissal can be done. Under it various aspects has been covered upon which an employee cannot be dismissed. Conclusion From the above discussion it can be concluded that legal system are those aspects which has been used in order to make various kinds of legal functions conducted in more effective way.
