Introduction
There are various types of laws in the English Law. Mainly there are two types of English
laws. One is the Civil Law and the other is the Criminal law. The Supreme Court is at the
apex in the country. The subordinate courts follow the orders of the Supreme Courts (Wilson
et al., 2014). The Common Laws are followed by the judges. There are some alternative
methods in the law system called ADR Method which nowadays is encouraged by the
Government. This method is convenient for the parties to the dispute because it is simple, less
time-consuming and hassle-free in nature. This alternative method is followed out of Court
and both the parties to the dispute are benefitted in a very short time through a cost-effective
method. The Arbitration Method, Mediation Method and the Negotiation Method are the
three methods under this ADR System. Both the individuals and business organizations
follow all this laws in society. The learner in this chapter will have a vast idea about these
business laws and how they can be used in society in various situations.

criminal Court.
