Introduction
The objective of this report will be to discuss the present corporate and business level
strategies that is followed by the organization of Regis Healthcare Ltd., which is an aged care
service provider in Australia. The present resource capability along with the competency level of
this organizations will also be discussed and will be seen whether they are sufficient enough to
achieve the corporate as well as business level strategies. The present organizational structure of
Regis Healthcare will be identified and discussed and whether it is aligned with the corporate
and business level strategies of the organization or not will also be analysed in this report.
Evidences of the presence of necessary strategic leadership of this business firm will be
identified and it will be found whether they are competent enough to accomplish the strategic
goals of Regis Healthcare Ltd., which is an aged care service operator from the region of
Australia. The mission statement which is followed by the management of this organization is to
promote as well as improve the standard of the life of people who live in the region of Australia,
and they always upgrade themselves to deliver a superior standard of aged care services. The
leaders always focuses on continuous quality improvement. The vision is to become a creative,
innovative and dynamic leader in the aged care service sector, along with providing of premium
quality servicers through running an effective management by a dedicated professional team that
consists of both leaders and employees. It can be stated that effective leadership skills are
required in order to provide efficient aged care services to the citizens of Australia1.
