I am writing this letter to express my interest for you advertised job role of finance
assistant. I learned about your company via website and also heard at my previous job place.
After visiting your website, I have immersed myself in your well-known, ground breaking work
in technical service company. I have working experience of 3 years in hospitality industry where
I worked as a team leader, receptionist and café assistant. My experience with your
advertisement criteria aligns well as I have deal with numbers of customers.
After working as, a receptionist and team leader, I have advanced knowledge in developing
scope, keeping projects moving and submitting all tasks as per the given deadline. I have
knowledge of interacting with different behaviour of clients that would be better for me if I work
with your company. In addition, when my previous position afforded me a well-rounded skill-
set, including building relationship and time management, I believe that I can perform job role of
finance assistant. I also have solid educational foundation as well as passion for furthering
projects that build loyalty and in turn grow revenue for your firm. I would much appreciate this
opportunity and will feel pleased by contributing to your ongoing growth and success.
Previously I have worked in a hotel as a receptionist. I have worked as a multitasker. As a
receptionist I have many tasks to be handled like I need to deal with clients or customers and also
coordinate with managers. During that hob I got many opportunities and I can say that has build
confidence in me. I have also improved my communication skills as I have to communicate with
various parties on daily basis. My confidence level also has increased. I have also helped
