INTRODUCTION
Managing a business is the challenging aspect for an individual with reference to manage

said that the firm is liable to facilitate the best quality of cosmetic products in the market which
is considering the growth of best marketable operations. It has been analysed that the firm is
being approaching towards increasing its consumer growth in the upcoming period which will be
around 20% in the next 6 months. Thus, such estimation will encourage operational potential of
the firm. Along with this, as per the B2B operations they have objectify that they would secure
the new corporate clients to have multiple collaboration as well as improved business back up.
Along with this, in terms of analysing the sales services and launching of the business on
which considering the personalised service pack system (Richards and et.al., 2019). Thus,
through which consumer will feel satisfactory and convenient regarding taking the quality
services on the regular basis.
Henry Fayol’s Principle of Management:
Henry Fayol has determined various factors which helps the business in relation with
managing the operational practices. Moreover, there are various principles which are based on
effective management and governance in the organisation who would reflect a qualitative growth
of rim in the required time frame (Devine and et.al., 2019). Therefore, there are 14 principles

Discipline: It is required that the business must consider a disciplined action which would
lead them in overcoming with the several operational challenges. Therefore, as per meeting

goals at the right time.
Unity of Command: To increase the commitment of employees as well as developing a

there would be corrective action to be taken by managers in bringing unity among workforce.

implicate guidelines which would be effective in terms of managing operational activities as well

2019. Therefore, allowing employees to participate in meetings and expressing their views to
