INTRODUCTION
Business & Management is one of the most famous fields of studying, teaching them all the
things there is to distinguish about to run a successful firm. The part of a Business Manager is
to manage and leading a firm’s operations and workers. They are performing a variety of work to
make sure about the firm production and effectiveness (Ali and Anwar, 2021). It gives the
academical understanding and abilities to follow worldwide career chances and assists them to
grow a wide considerate of firms and detailed areas such as financing and human sources.

For the seeking business persons and their leaders, a business management degree is constantly a
best choice. It gives the educational understanding and aids to follow world wide career chances
and assists in developing a wide knowledge of firms and particular areas such as finance and
human resources. To choose a business degree will provide a better knowledge of straight
forward financial rules, how marketplaces are impacted by world events, and the way to measure
a businesses' fiscal well being. Combined, this can assist in making a good knowledgeable asset
decisions and in the end, the way to accomplish a high ROI.
A career development path gives worker with a continuous machine to increase their abilities and
understanding that can result to master of their present jobs, advertisings and transferrings to new
or various places. Chances for development are essential for the following reasons for the
improved intelligence of well being when they are trying their best to develop as a person, they
can increase their sense of well being (Jonathan, 2018). Dynamically to work for their objectives
and increasing their capabilities is a better feeling.
Businesses have a platting of actions that have to be keeping in line for the perfect functions of
the firm so that it develops in all respects and accomplish a name in the market space. Businesses
are needed to meet some most specialists of the firm and also who have understanding of the
basics of business management. It is a great possibility to meet most of the individuals, grasping
about what they have to say from their knowledge and understanding and increase people’s
business management skill.
They should hire me because I have done this whole course and having the proper knowledge
about this course and its working as I have done my internship too in this department only

(Fitria, 2021). This course has not only given me the theoretical knowledge about the market but
also a practical knowledge about it. The effect a promotion has on paying, specialist,
accountability, and the capability to impact a broad structural decision making. A promotion
increasing the status of the worker who is receiving a promotion which is a seen sign of
confidence from the employer. Increment in the self-confidence due to this chosen
course permits to involvement independence from self doubt and negative views about
themselves. To experience more bravery and low nervousness, there is a more confidence creates
them more willing to take smart hazards and more capable to move out their comfort area.
Currently I have chosen BBA course that is bachelors in business management which is again
totally related to this course only, a proper understanding related to all these topics of Business
and management (McAvoy and Butler, 2018). I have chosen many activities like drama and
anchoring, also some of the activities which helps me from the scratch level to develop my
leadership, communication and the skill for the development and management purpose.
Some of the achievements included in the school days are that I have participated in al the
activities which my school is launching whether it is dance function, annual function, sports and
many more so yes this is again a plus point in that.
After the completion of this course, I would like to use this course as my career to become a
marketing manager. As to reach at this level, there is a requirement to become a sales executive
where a person will learn the work from scratch and then as a sales manager or team leader. This
will result in to achieve my position as a marketing manager where I would like to lead the
whole marketing team and that would be the successful point for me (Getz, 2022). This will not
only stop me at this point but it will also give me more better position here.
There will be many of the challenges faced as when a person is reading for their own purpose at
that time it is damn sure that a normal person will face difficulty to achieve a success whether it
is related to family or children or it is related to the timings as some of the times, families would
be the reason of suffering and some of the time is not matching. This will definitely result in the
failure so there is a need to manage all of these. Also if my educational institute is at a long
distance travelling then also it will be a very big issue as it will create a very big disturbance for
me that is total time consuming in the travelling.
But at the end if a person want to achieve anything then there is no point of challenges, the only
target is their aim which they have to achieve (Smirnova, Zaychenko and Bagaeva, 2019). This

will lead to the success as well as self satisfaction for their own or personal career and growth in
that.

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report is that Business & Management is one of the most general
fields of studying, to teach in everything there is to know about to run a successful
firm. Business administration is concentrating on the firm strategies and operations, while
business management centres across the individual and structural factor of the firms.
