that the persons must ascribe about what is
acceptable and what is not. These expectations
also offer some cultural norms and standards of
behaviour that are place forward by our social
system. Behavioural expectation is stated as the
big goals in relation to behaviour, these are mainly
developed for the schools and colleges. This is
used as a model which helps the teachers to set up
some guidelines for the students(Chiang, Y.H. and
Hsu, C.C., 2021). In my ongoing study business
management, I had subtle knowledge of cultural
and behavioural expectation but in this procedure
of study, I got to realize that these have a major
impact on influencing the students(Hollebeek, L.D.,
2018). I had realized that the learners or students in
colleges or schools came from different cultures,
which may have various views towards the
