the first factor is the social factor and this creates a problem for the company, some of the
main features of social factors are ethics. This factor includes changing the behavior of
people related to women and men in society (Oxfam, 2019). The aim of the company is to
remove inequality from society and the organization has an advantage from this as it can
increase the amount of donation for the betterment of the society and the organization as well
and it can be seen that the social factors are in the favor of the company, another factor is the
political factor of the country that affects the good performance of the company. The
company is a non for profit organization and that is the reason they support it get from the
country is very high.
