INTRODUCTION Business environment contains of two elements that are macro and micro. Every business operates within these two factors. So, any change in factor will highly impact on operations and growth of organization. Besides this, there are different types of organization which exists in country. They all contribute towards economic growth. Moreover, they have different types of stakeholders and accordingly set aims and objectives. This report will differentiate organization on basis of their structure, size, scope, etc. Also, how it will show how stakeholders’ objectives are achieved by them. MAIN BODY What? Description Task is to identify and reflect on various forms of organization and their purpose. In this analysis I selected particular country is UK and some companies(Renko and et.al., 2015). Besides this, I was asked to make report on business environment and write my opinions and views over analysis of different types of firm. Furthermore, I was told to thoroughly investigate business environment and how each organization operate in it to meet stakeholders’ objectives. it was not easy for me to gain knowledge about businesses. I considered some common public, private and voluntary firms that exits in UK. I collected insight about legal framework defined by government to form structure. It was necessary for me to get identify types of stakeholders connected with business and how they interact with them. So, what? Interpretation I have analyzed that all the organizationsdiffer in various types but all the enterprises contain different objectives and business plans in order to achieve the future sustainability in the market. I have discovered that different types of functionalities and objectives that are carried by organizations such as private, public and voluntary enterprises (Chaffey, 2015). There are various types of legal formats exist that supports the sustainability of the firms. I have analyzed that various persons might be included in different organizations that may be called as the owners of the company. There might be sole proprietorship and a partnership firm that may include more than one ownership within the form. I have also discovered that the aim of the business organization in the private sector is to survive in the market for the longer run which can be done by making the huge profits. While, it 1
has also been determined that public organizations are mainly aimed at providing the public services rather than focusing on making larger profitability and serving customer satisfaction. Marks and Spenser is an private organization which focuses onadministrative structure which that regulates specific level of regulations.Stockholders of this company focuses towards the main objective of increasing the trade with quality of services. Customers are aimed at consuming quality based services while employees are aimed at increasing the profitability of company.On the other hand, I have found a major difference in determining the aims of voluntary organizations named as WH (World Health) as they are mainly focused towards the social motives which serve the society not for earning profits as voluntary sector works for welfare of the society. Voluntary organization such as World health mainly focuses towards functional legal structure of the business environment.I have found that employees of the organization are the major point of concentration who need to be satisfied and then deliver the effective productivity. However, Public enterprise namely Tesco mainly focuses towards the flat structure of organization which involves the employees in providing the ideas and thoughts for company. First of all, I have been able to understand that private sector companies are privately owned firms which trade the services and goods on normal profits and mainly obtains the fund from the owners. The main objectives of the private firmsis to sustain in the market for the longer run. I also been able to understand that in public sector operations are generally run by local authorities and they may involve the subsidies as a legal form of policies (Doz, 2017). I observed that voluntary enterprises are run on the trust factors and managed by the member committees. These industries are generally financed by sponsorship or member's fees. There are certain policies developed on basis of which public enterprises operate. They are controlled and regulated by government. Voluntary is either operated by government or individuals. they can be a part of private firms as well. I noticed that there occur many differences between public and private one. on basis of their objective they can be differentiated. furthermore, products and services offered by them can be same. through stakeholder’s public firm attain their goals and objectives while customers are important part for private companies. A private enterprise can be formed for short period of time as well. the method or procedure applied by meeting stakeholder objective varies in each organization. they are having pre-defined way of working and satisfying stakeholder needs. 2

I have also observed various differences in operations and functioning of different types of organizations. It has been also analyzed that key business objectives are the main reason that helps the managers in achieving the stated goals within a specific period of time. I have also observed that production and functions of the different types of organization may vary according to the services of the company as private sector produces the goods and services according to the requirement of the customers and public sector mainly focuses towards delivering the quality- based services which benefits the society (Foss and Saebi, 2017). On the other hand, voluntary services cannot run to increase the profits of the company. Different stakeholder such as suppliers, customers, managers and employees of the organization that mainly contributes towards the successful attainment of the business objectives within business. I have been also established a complete understanding about the interactions of such stakeholders such as suppliers and customers that helps in determining marketing needs and requirements of the customers that are involved in delivering the goods and services to consumers. I have also observed that sustainability of an organization depends upon various functional units of the business which helps in maintaining the balance between the supply chain of the company. Gibbs reflective cycle helps in analyzing all the differences and similarities between different types of organizations (Gibbs reflective cycle. 2018). As this reflective cycle includes six types of phases that helps me in deriving my learning . Description This phase of Gibb's reflective cycle helps inthe stages that develops a complete knowledge of analyzing the situation that predicts the description of the main problem. This helps me in creating the understanding about scope and size of different organizations. This stage basically helps me in describing the main problem which need to be experienced later. Feelings:This phases that helps me in determining all and then helps in sharing my thoughts about the same problem and I share my opinions and my thinking that are involved in this type of experience (Laszlo and Cescau, 2017). According to the reflective cycle of the Gibb's, I explained all my feelings and thoughts regarding solving the problem. The task of business environment was very beneficial and I feel it boosted my learning over different types of organization. I learned about objectives of different firm and purpose of organization which 3
helpedmeingaininginsightoverpracticesorganizationfollowtomeexpectationsof stakeholders. Evaluation:Third phase of the model then helps me evaluating positive and negative points from the experience and then this also helps me in analyzing my personal experiences involved inresolvingthesituation.Throughthis,Ievaluatedthatsizeandscopeoftheprivate organization is smaller then the size and scope of public. I evaluate various different types of solutions help me in getting the better results. Analysis:I have also analyzed that different types of stakeholders are involved in different types of organizations in order to achieve their specific goals and objectives.I have been able to analyses the main findings after evaluating various solutions of the problem.I also analysed that private companies uses flat organizational structure which helps them to motivate the employees. Conclusion:Gibb's reflective cycle then also helped me concluding my views and outcomes after getting the experience from the given task (Doppelt,2017). I have been able to conclude that organizations may vary according to the types and structure. Action plan:Then comes the last phase of the Reflective model the help in creating the action plan if I got the same opportunity to analyze different enterprises and their objectives. I have beenabletocreateanActionplanthathelpsmeinimprovingmylackingareasand strengthening my weakness of reflective writing. Now what While conducting task I learned about various aspect of business environment. Basically, there are two factors in which enterprise operate that are micro and macro. The growth of firms is completely dependent on both factors. Also, I learned that how change in any one factor can impact either in positive or negative way on goals and objectives of business. I gained knowledge about private and public organization and how they are able to accomplish their mission and vision(Doppelt, 2017). Furthermore, by evaluating legal environment of different firms of UK, I noticed that in organizational structure is formed as per policies described in laws of UK government. However, there is flexibility to change structure. I learned that most of the voluntary business are formed by government. they are not required to have a proper legal structure but must develop goals related to social cause. There are only one or two specific objectives of voluntary as compared to private or public. In addition to it, there are not further 4
types in voluntary. I gained knowledge about types of private and public organization. It was easy for me to determine some factor and differentiate between them. After completion of task I analyzed that there are different types of organization in UK. they are public, private, voluntary, etc.(Henry and et.al., 2015)they differ from each other to a great extent. also, I identified some factors on basis of which differentiation is done. moreover, I also evaluated that goals and objectives, their legal structure differs according to size and scope. thus, on basis of it they are formed and operate. in public, objectives are met by earning profits and expanding in different markets whereas in public by doing economic welfare goals are accomplished. the stakeholders differ on both. in private they are more as compared to public. however, public firm stakeholders can highly influence on goals. in private one, goals can be modified as per view of stakeholders. I summarized that some voluntary firms can also be public. they work for social as well as economical welfare. I evaluated that private firm can not invest in public. A private firm can be categorized into partnership, one person, etc. hence, its structure also varies with it. in this goal can vary as per size of private enterprise(Rosemann and vom Brocke, 2015). I stated that objectives of public and private can be similar but purpose is always different. The private enterprise focuses on earning profits by offering goods and services. on other hand public organization are set up for economic welfare of citizens. in this way there are some differences between organization and their goals. There are some implications which is required to be taken into considerations. This is because it will help me to enhance my knowledge and skills. In future my focus will be on outlining environment of one specific organization where I will cover different topic like competitor analysis, threat, opportunities and weakness of one particular firm. . I will study each type separately and write down brief information of it. I will include every element such as goals, structure, stakeholders, etc. and then compare it with another(Godwyn, 2015). This will be helpful for me to study in depth about way of attaining of objectives of each organization. Besides this, I will take help of an expert who so that he or she can guide me in doing this task. Thus, it will be easy for me to get more information on different organization that exists in UK. Hence, in future my focus will be more on secondary writing because it helps in critical valuationofdifferentfactsandfindsaboutbusinessenvironment.Bydoingsomething differently there will be change in results.
