Introduction
 Skills are an essential part in the development
of individual. It is important for individual to
build perfect skills as it will not only help
them in their personal development but will
also help in professional development. Soft
skills will help the individual in defining
whether they are a team player or not as they
will help in building good relationship with
the team mates as well as with the customers.

Challenges of studying business management
and thriving in professional practice (with

 Challenges are needed to be faced by the students in order to develop skills for business
management which can help them ingrowth and development of their own.
 Skills learnt by the individuals during business management studies will develop their
personalities and will help them in surviving in the professional set up. Some of the

Personal SWOT Analysis
STRENGTHS
: One of the most important skills that I think is my
strength is my communication skill. It is important
for me to make sure that I am communicating
effectively with others so that I can make them a
clear point of view of my understanding or
knowledge.
WEAKNESSES
According to me, my time management skills are
lagging behind and I have to improve my skills so
that I can survive in professional set up. It is
important for me to make sure that I am working
according to time so that I can avoid missed
deadlines.
OPPORTUNITY
As I am preparing myself for a corporate job, I want to
make sure that I am developing skills which can upgrade
my resume and can become attractive for recruiters.
Currently I am putting my resume for companies which
require interns so that I can gain some experience.
THREATS
My biggest threat is competition. Due to increase in
competition in each and every industry it is important
for me continuously develop my skills so that I can
become a better candidate for recruiters. The
competition in the market will create a big threat for
me as it will create better options for companies.

Detailed example of the actions that would be taken to
develop skills identified as weakness in SWOT analysis
 In order to improve this skill, I will make sure that I
am continuously making schedule of every task I
am involved in. making timer schedule will make
sure that I am completing my task before time and
will also provide me some extra time so that I can
do last minute changes which can make my work
more effective.
 My timely completion of work will make sure that
am creating a good impression on others and will
also help me in completing my work before
deadlines. I will also attend different online
seminars which can help them me in making
effective schedules and will also provide me
essential tricks and tips required to do effective time
management schedules.

Summary
 From the above report it is concluded that, in order to have growth and development in
profession as well as in career it is important for the individual to develop certain skills which
can help them in adapting new environment and will help them in understanding the tasks
better.
