Business management refers to the process of managing the various activities of the
business and the resources by which they can rightly attains the various aim and objectives of the
business. They directly keep on the effective planning, organising and controlling the various
functions of management so that all the work can be done in an appropriate manner(Aubakirova
and Zeinullina, 2019). This presentation is going to analyse the various challenges that are being
faced by the people while studying business management with the significance of academic
skills & professional skills in their lives. Furthermore, this presentation will cover the personal
SWOT analysis and the action plan.

Challenges of studying business management and thriving in professional practice (with
appropriate examples)
 Effective time management:- It is known that time is the major factor which retain the
effectiveness of every task within a set time frame. Time is one of the major challenges
while studying business management. Sometimes, it is quite tough to manage all the
certain things with the classes schedule & homework. During this, it is tough to
participate in various campus task during the given lecture.
 Balance study, life and work: - This is a vital challenge for a student in order to manage
their management studies with all the extra work and the personal life. This becomes
difficult for the individual in order to manage various responsibilities and professional
work while doing the work.(Berkow, 2019) .
 Team management:- It is also needed to have the effective team working so that all the
task can be complted in an appropriate manner which is related to the business
management or any related professional work. There are various types of people that are
having their own mind-set, language and their behaviour. There are factors that
sometimes difficult to work with such people who are not good and they do not have the
knowledge of related work, which directly impact the success of the project.

 Learn networking and socializing:- This is vital that the Individual is facing challenge
during pursuing their studies or the professional life. There are people who come across
with various different ideas interest and background so sometimes this becomes tough to
make networth and being socializedWith them due to the communication gap and their
different mindset.

Personal SWOT analysis
Strength
Communication skill: I am having good
communication skills by which I can easily
communicate to my Junior and managers as
well. As I am having experience of more than
2 years in the respective department by which
I can develop develop good and friendly
relationship with relationship with team
members.
Listening skill :- I am having good capacity of
listening to others as I can come listen any of
the issue related to my remembers and
remember and understand it in an appropriate
manner. Additionally I also gather the
feedback from my team and seniors by giving
proper suggestions to them.
Weakness
Fear:- I am having a fear of trying new things
thanks at my workplace and due do which I
got a Fear of failure. I thought about negative
thoughts from my friends and family if I got
failed in anything and anything most of the
time I think in such a way.
Time management:- I am not a managed
person as I'm not able to make a good balance
between my professional and personal life. I
am not able to give my time to my family
members and friends to do the ineffective
management of time.
Opportunities Threats

Confident:- Development of certain skills and
they're set that includes professional and
academic skills within me. I am confident
enough to get a good opportunity in my field
and fulfill all the commitment made by me in
an positive manner in an positive manner so
that I can try to be more successful in my life.

Competition:- This is the major threat as there
are a number of employees who are having
similar level of qualification as as compare to
me. There are enough capable people who are
taking out the result and this become a major
threat for achieving a deserve in position in
my life.
Dynamic marketing Environment: Market is
changing on daily basis changing on
deliveries as there are no personal
professional forces for the development of the
individual so this became a big threat for me
as I can not adopt such adopt due to my
family situations(McGill, Heikkila and
Lazarowicz, 2020).
