Lesson Plan for Business Management: Theories and Models

This lesson plan is designed for adult learners studying business management. The aim is to develop understanding of various theories and models of business management and their application in business environment. By the end of the lesson, learners will be able to understand different business management concepts, distinguish and apply various business management theories, and apply the theoretical business concepts into real and dynamic business environment.

Needs for differentiation: Special teaching facilities will be included for the disabled learners.

Self- evaluation: At first I used creative interactive with learners to provide introduction so that
they develop curiosity about topic. However, I think that for evaluation purpose I could have used
some more creative group discussion about any real case study.

The lesson was delivered with clear and concise language so that it can be
easily understood. However, if learners could have been taught in the form
of research assignment by giving them opportunity to self-learn about
business then better understanding could have been developed.
