The activities has been arranged in a sequential manner to demonstrate the flow of activities and the sequence which will be followed to conduct the project. The project schedule has been prepared by determining the suitable predecessor to demonstrate which activity will be executed after previous activity. From the scheduling of project, it has been identified that it will be completed on Friday, 06 March 2020 with a duration of 305 days. The project will begin on Monday, 07 January 2019 and it will be carried in four different phases. There are dependencies and simultaneous actives also in this project which has been demonstrated with the help of setting predecessors in MS Project application as shown in Appendix 1. The identification and analysis of risks is an essential element for successful delivery of projects. The risk management process that could be followed for the project is presented as below: RiskRiskImpactProbabilityMitigation Strategy

Conclusion From the overall report, it can be concluded that the project duration increases by 7 days due to the changes in various activities of the structure construction, the interior building and the certification phases. The changes in the different activities has impact on major four phases of the project. The changes within the project should be managed efficiently so that the project could be completed within the estimated timeframe as per developed schedule. The change management within the project should be done with the help of proper strategies such that it
11BUSINESS MODELLING TOOLS could be completed within the estimated time. It is determined that managing the activities that are on critical path will help to complete the project successfully. MS Project application has been used for developing the project schedule through proper sequencing of activities in an effective manner. The activities has been arranged suitably such that the suitable flow of activities can be maintained. The project schedule has been prepared by determining the suitable predecessor to demonstrate which activity will be executed after previous activity. From the prepared schedule after incorporating the changes, it is determined that the project will require 312 days to complete that means additional 7 days are required. The actual schedule prepared from the activities identified by PPO, it is estimated that the project will require 305 days to complete. It means that changes have impact on the project so it is essential to implement proper change management strategies for success of the project.
