Allthe department of Oak Pub Huddersfield are noticed to know more about modifications andimplementations of policies and procedures for increasing sales which are declining fromprevious year. Consumer driven strategies, encourages the organisation to maintain focus onconsumer driven approaches, by rendering services as per their needs and evaluating andmodifying with changing surroundings (Krajewski, Malhotra and Ritzman,2015). For thispurpose, the trends that are existing in market are considered at large to gain opportunities andreduce the available threats and risks. By developing core competencies, by providing trainingsto current staff and making them expertise in field of financial, marketing etc., will boost thesales by performing sufficiently. This also allow maintaining strong and loyal relationshipamong them. The another method is priorities of competition by focusing on these strategies canbe framed by getting well known about the market analysis, by defining core processes andanalysis of needs. Product and services development are modified by choosing new products andservices by which innovations can be executed, to improve the sales and services (Jacobs, Chaseand Lummus,2014)..
