The business plan aims at describing the overall market of New York, its opportunities in the market. The plan identifies the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the business it also focuses on the marketing strategies which must be applied by the business in order to achieve its vision and mission. The financial statements, the funding and the overall Cost of the business are depicted in the business plan. The business plan also aims at focusing on the possible risk of the business. A contingency plan is made to identify the possible risk in the business and risk assessment to overcome those risks in the business.
