opportunity for a restaurant business. The primary operations significantly depend upon the
management strategies and critical thinking extensively followed by the business. The paper
also demonstrates the financial implication and funding structure of the business. The variety of
product and service delivered by the business and future prospects of the business in its long-run
are some of the focusing aspects taken into account for the following business incubation project.

operations with a registered business name “CALYPSO CUISINE" which will be operating in
the year 2019. In the initial stage of the business, the restaurant will be offering spicy Jamaican
