INTRODUCTION
Business opportunity include the lease and sales of the equipments, products and services
etc. which enable the licences of purchaser to begin and start the business. It is basically a
package of the investment which allow the buyer to start the business. There are so many
opportunities that has been faced by the business during the start-up of business such as
contractor-referral services. Nestle is a multinational company of food and it has been measured
by its revenue and also other metrics. This report will study the opportunities that has been taken
by the business and viability of the innovation. Further, it will examine the proposal of the new
product and also creative and innovative ways to recognize the opportunities and alternative
approaches of creative thinking(Gibson, Rosen and Stucker, 2015).

Meaning of business opportunity
The term business opportunity relates to the lease and sales for any of the product,
equipments and services that enable the licenser of purchaser for the beginning of the business.
The seller and licenser of the business opportunity generally declare the assist and secure of
identifying the suitable location and give the product to the purchaser of licence.
The centrality of innovation and entrepreneurship.
The term centrality for innovation generally obtain so many features of the individuals of
the company within the networks. The individuals' centrality towards the firm capture the extent
level of the knowledge and access. Centrality of the choco chip candy gives a position in the
market to the new product of the Nestle. Centrality is much more important for both
entrepreneurship and innovation because the roles of administrative innovation has been ranked
and brings centrality in the products(Krotov, 2017).
As per the mega trends the centrality of the entrepreneurship has generally examined the
relationship between networks of centrality, performance of the Nestle and also predict that the
entrepreneurs also recognized that the possibilities or social networking the translation and
principles has accessible solution and practical solutions for the centrality of the innovation of
choco chip cake.
Viability of the opportunities.
It needs to be understood by the entrepreneur of the Nestle that the determination of the
business ideas and also set in the mind which is viable or not. When the evaluation of the

viability of all the business opportunity if the Nestle where the entrepreneur need to take the
considerations among them such as the growth of the potential, infrastructure, market of good
and services, price structure and competitive advantages and competition which is more
important for the innovation and taking the business opportunity(Conrad and Cates, 2015).
Proposal of new product.

“To identifying and increasing the mega-trends of the organization within 5 months”
Objective
To identify the current mega-trends of organization in market.
To determine the preference of the customers for increasing the sales.
To extract the brand awareness in the customers.
Executive summary
Product development is one of the first stage of the Nestle where Nestle is launching the choco
chip cake which easily attracts customers and also target the market in new way. Nestle
launching the new product coho chip cake where it makes the cake from choco chips which is
going to raise the sales of Nestle. Innovation of the new product is one of the way to increase the
brand awareness in the customers and also understand the preferences of the customers(Costa
and et.al., 2016.).
Opportunities
There are so many opportunities has been faced by the Nestle for innovating the new product
where it set different elements within the procedures and identify the acts and recognize the new
combination of the resources for making the Choco chip cake. There are so many opportunities
and challenges has been faced by Nestle at the time of innovation of Choco chip cake which are
as follows;
make a vision and mission clear towards the innovation.
