BUSINESS PLAN 2
Migration agent business plan
Being a migration agent, it is important to help clients through handling all their
migration concerns1. Another role of a migration agent is updating the clients about the ever
changing migration rules and procedures2. Help my clients who will be met by incorrect
decisions from the department of Australia immigration. With all the passion that I have in
serving my clients, I have to start a migration business. With the legal knowledge I have, there is
no better way to direct my energy than serve clients and put smiles on their faces through my
migration agent business. There is no better way to help clients in Australia than through
developing a business plan for the same3.
The business plan
Title: The Oswald Migration agent center
1. Business objectives:
The next one year: in the next less than six months into the business, our migration agent
business should be able to meet the clients need precisely and completely without the help of any
other outside and helping hand. The business should also be able to cultivate a formal working
environment that provides humans a sustainable approach to earning a living to all our
employees in the business so that they serve our customers diligently enough. For the business

partners, it is our obkective that in the next one year we will be able to create a path of earning a
living for them. Apart from the two, in the next less than one year our migration business should
be able to at all time demonstrate commitment to sustainability. As a firm we look forward to
actively be able to participate in sustainability programs within the Australian community. Our
sustainability objective will be focused on integrating sustainable business practices whenever
there will be a possibility. It is believable that through community sustainable practices, the
business will be able to grow since it will also be a marketing strategy4.
The next five years: Our objectives in the next five years are to be able to conquer the rest
of the country in migration agent business. The first objective is to become the leading brand in
the migration consulting and agency industry in the whole of West Sydney Australia. It would
automatically mean that we would be in the top 30 firms in Australia within less than 10 years of
active business operation. The objective looks tall but through the feasibilities studies conducted
on the business, it is very much possible to achieve the objective as soon as possible.
In the next less than ten years our business migration agency should be the leading brand
choice for customers in offering immigration and migration agency business for both corporation
and individuals. The target market should be within West Sydney before we spread our wings far
and wide and reach the whole of Australia. As for consultancy, it is our objective that in the next
less than ten years we become the proper consultancy firm within Australia.
The main and long term objective of our migration business agency as will be stated in
the mission statement is to become the leading brand in the Australian migration consulting and
agency industry. Until this objective is achieved the business will continue striving to achieve it.

BUSINESS PLAN 2
For a normal starting business the business would have settled for three full time staff
members but since the plan is to build a standard migration agent business and consultancy firm
in the whole West Sydney. The plan is to get it right from the beginning which is the reason we
have to go extra mile and ensure that the business acquires competent, honest and hardworking
employees that will occupy all the positions well and well enough5.
The business has to hire qualified, honest, hardworking, customer centric individuals who
are willing to work while they build a prosperous business that will benefit every stakeholder. By
stakeholders, we include the owner, the workforce and the customers. To make sure all the
positions are occupied by competent talents the business will create a profits sharing
arrangement where business is based on performance for the first period of five years. The faster
the business meets the set targets the sooner the profits sharing arrangement will be launched.
The business will therefore have the following positions;
CEO (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER) only one available position
Roles; the chief executive officer will also be the owner of the business. he/she is
responsible for effectively recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling and
disciplining all the other employees that are under him6.
He will also be responsible for job appraisals, planning and monitoring of results of the
business and the other employees. The CEO is also responsible for ensuring that the climate for
offering information and opinions for business in the set premises is conducive enough. The
CEO will be the only one responsible for signing prices and business deals7.
