It is essentially needed that firm must provide servicesat least possible costs by which they may be given with effective items and attain good market share. In relation to this, ATS organisation whichwill be transforming its business idea into non-emergency medical services is required to perform well and attain good customer's base by whichit may effectively accomplish desired goals and profits in effectual way. For this, business plan is devised in the report which will be beneficialfor the firm in order to achieve stated objectives in timely manner and started earning profits in first month of operations. It is essentiallyrequired to earn desired income to effectively stay and survive in non-emergency ambulances services and garner larger customers in the futurecourse of action. This is possible only when dedicated work environment is followed. Thereby, employees are key resources of organisation andthus, they will initiate firm determination in discharging services quite effectually which will help firm to reach its targets with much comfort.The business aims to provide top quality services by which it may serve society. This business unit has developed its effectual image in the mind ofcustomers by providing them with timely and high quality services. Approaches which are undertaken by ATS for leadership, management, co-operation and co-ordination recognized as high prominent. All such skills or traits are vital for the success of any business unit. Hence, suchskills will help business entity in managing new venture of non-emergency medical transportation facility. The organisation will be able toprovide better and enhanced services to patients so that they may be treated quite effectually. Furthermore, reason behind running business is toimpart necessary services to patients in order to make them medically fit (Schaper and et.al., 2014). 2.2 Work experience Currently, owner of ATS is managing 100 operations with more than 1200 employees and 11000 vehicles. This aspect shows thatbusiness entity has knowledge and experience pertaining to the management of transportation facility. Hence, such knowledge in this field willassist in managing ambulance or medical transport facility more effectually. The operations of the business are quite good and it shows thatcompany has good work experience in transportation field and as such, it will be able to earn revenue in the best possible manner. 2.3 Education and qualificationThe organisation is required to be recruit employees having skills and abilities to perform tasks in the best possible manner. Furthermore,it education and qualification is important to analyse as non-emergency medical transportation business requires quick and efficient employeesso that they may carry out tasks in effectual way. It is required that qualification should be basic so that better services may be provided to
patients. Furthermore, patients may be handled effectively and main role of driver is to make ensure that patients are reach safely to thedestinations. Further, training in relation to medicaltransport facility had attended for getting knowledge about facility, equipment, vehicle and staff management. Such kind of patienttransportation programs has developed my ability to manage operations in this field. On the basis of training session, being a business entity, Iwould become able to develop competent plan for delivering non-emergency medical transportation facilities to the patients. 2.5 Future training courses I have no specific and deep knowledge regarding the operations as well as activities of non-emergency medical services. For gettingsuccess in the new venture trainings sessions had been attended (Ward, 2016). However, still I also need to develop my own knowledgeregarding the medication aspect requires by non-emergency patients. For this purpose, I will co-ordinate with the leading care unit and therebygets knowledge regarding medication and other services. Along with this, for enhancing my knowledge I will also do internet surfing orresearch. This in turn makes significant addition in my knowledge regarding non-emergency medical transport services.
2.6 Hobbies and InterestsI have hobbies and interests in providing healthcare services and this is the main reason for which business will be started so that patientsmay be treated in effective manner. Elderly patients will be offered with wheelchairs and lifts. Furthermore, I have interest in providing servicesat affordable costs so that patients may be benefited quite effectually. I have keen interest in imparting quality services to them and as such,making them medically fit at the earliest. I will provide better facilities and amenities to the old age patients so as to make them fit. 2.7 Additional informationThe organisation is a recognized leader in the field of supply chain management. It has provided various diversified background ofservices and employees are hard-working in giving quality services. ATS will be able to enlarge its services in the new business expansion ofproviding non-emergency medical transportation facility to people so that company can earn profits in effective manner.
