is HOMI CHOCO Bakery which facilitates home made chocolates bars and cakes with brown
sugar to customers. The purpose of this report is to create a plan for small firm to achieve
company goals. In this reports business plan, aim, market research and some ethical dilemma of
company are covered. Along with this equality and diversity law and rights related to new
worker are mentioned.
TASK 1
Setting up a small business.

chocolate, milk chocolate etc. with brown sugar.

This product is for all age groups as this bakery includes brown sugar in their bars and
cakes which contains calcium, iron, minerals and potassium that are benefited for their customers
(Burns and Dewhurst, 2016). It is also helpful for weight loss as most of people don't eat

succeeding in male dominated workplace and competitions are increasing for promotions.

improve the conditions of dilemma in order to obtain better outcomes and also organisation can

Case:

that employee’s rights can be protected by company (Ward, 2016). Zero hour contract is
basically a on call work or a part of work. It means that employees can be called to work as per
firm requirements. This conception is about workers are eligible to acquire statutory leaves and
national minimum salary according to everyday employees. Employees of zero hours are not
bounded with time. They don't have to come to the office daily as regular workers and after
completing work they can go. Equality and diversity law are initiated by the government of
United Kingdom in order to protect the rights of employment of staffs. As per this law, company
are not able to form discrimination according to gender, promotions and so on. Salary and wages
