INTRODUCTIONBusiness plan is considered as an essential element that help an organisation in achievingtheir set targets and goals and objectives in specific time period (DeLozier and Rhodes, 2017).Therefore, business plan can be said as a blueprint that is used for operating the business in aneffective manner. According to the elements that are mentioned below, an individual hasestablished a new business i.e. a restaurant named as FILL&FEEL. Therefore, for operating afirm, many issues can arise through which activities can be affected. Under this report, theproblems which are faced by an individual while starting a new business like leadership skillsalong with time management and planning and what all measures that company can adopt foreliminating such problems are mentioned in this assignment. Under reflective observation all thepositive and negative ideas have been mentioned and for resolving this, different kinds theoriesthat are implemented by them are involved in this report. TASKThe ExperienceThe topic is business plan through which is a group present their views and opinion inwhich they define their personal experience at the time of presenting group presentation. In thiscontext various skills are there which implement by our group in order to present their plan.Along with this, various skills are developed while presenting our business plan by which weeasily enhance ore personal experience in most effective manner. In this context various skillsare there which help me to enhance my knowledge and research process to gathering numerousrelevant information (Bolden, 2016). Problem solving skills: It is one of the effective and important skills which develop byme at the time of presenting our group presentation. With the help of this we found variousalternatives to resolve problems in order to making and appropriate presentation. In addition ofthis, we also evaluate their data and information to improve as well as enhance my knowledgetowards the business plan. This will aid me and my group to resolve all the issues in effectivemanner. Research skills: It is also an effective skill which helps me for gathering all the relevantinformation. By this I improve my knowledge which may leads in making future decision inorder to attain positive outcomes.
