Business plan is considered as an essential element that help an organisation in achieving
their set targets and goals and objectives in specific time period (DeLozier and Rhodes, 2017).
Therefore, business plan can be said as a blueprint that is used for operating the business in an
effective manner. According to the elements that are mentioned below, an individual has
established a new business i.e. a restaurant named as FILL&FEEL. Therefore, for operating a
firm, many issues can arise through which activities can be affected. Under this report, the
problems which are faced by an individual while starting a new business like leadership skills
along with time management and planning and what all measures that company can adopt for
eliminating such problems are mentioned in this assignment. Under reflective observation all the
positive and negative ideas have been mentioned and for resolving this, different kinds theories
that are implemented by them are involved in this report.

The topic is business plan through which is a group present their views and opinion in
which they define their personal experience at the time of presenting group presentation. In this
context various skills are there which implement by our group in order to present their plan.
Along with this, various skills are developed while presenting our business plan by which we
easily enhance ore personal experience in most effective manner. In this context various skills
are there which help me to enhance my knowledge and research process to gathering numerous
relevant information (Bolden, 2016).
Problem solving skills: It is one of the effective and important skills which develop by
me at the time of presenting our group presentation. With the help of this we found various
alternatives to resolve problems in order to making and appropriate presentation. In addition of
this, we also evaluate their data and information to improve as well as enhance my knowledge
towards the business plan. This will aid me and my group to resolve all the issues in effective
manner.
Research skills: It is also an effective skill which helps me for gathering all the relevant
information. By this I improve my knowledge which may leads in making future decision in
order to attain positive outcomes. In this our group prepare an effective presentation on the topic
of business plan in which we use various methods for collecting relevant information. With the

firm as well to attain better outcomes. In this, I am also a part of group in which we present their
presentation on a business plan. Along with this, we work as a team which help me to maintain
better relation with our team members. This will help me in improving our team performance in
order to attain better results. In addition of this, the main benefit of this skills it develop positive
relation within the team members which may leads in reducing the chances of arising conflicts.
With the help of this, I will easily attain better results in order to attain positive outcomes.
Leadership skills: Being as a leader while making a presentation it is must for me to
identify every single team mate's weaknesses and strengths which may help in giving appropriate
tasks to them. Like if an individual is good in research and task which has been given is totally
different will hamper the situation which happened while devising the presentation. Therefore, it
is must for me to have proper details of squad mates skills and their capabilities has helped me
assigning tasks to team mates.
Planning: It is essential to formulate plan for each thing; therefore, it get completed in a
systematic manner. Along with, this works as guidelines for each individual so that they will
accomplish task without any delay. In this way, I prepared plan; thus, overall work get managed
significantly.
Team management:- According to this term it is identified that managing a time is
essential for managing an effective presentation because togetherness is seen as a major power
for every group either small or large. In fact, I thought that managing a group is one of the most
indispensable task for attaining the set objectives or goals. Basically, it has been analyzed every
member is having their own opinion towards particular subject due to which it may create a
chance of obstacles and disputes. Although my team partners are very cooperative in nature that
help in minimizing the probabilities of mistakes and errors. Leaders are playing a very eminent
role in improving the current situations by taking corrective measures at workplace by
understanding the opinions or views of every individual connected with group. I have learned
numerous of things which is useful or beneficial in my future development by gaining maximum
knowledge.

I reviewed my practice and determined both kind of thought, i.e. positive as well as
negative. When I was preparing the presentation, I observed that my research skills are not much
effective. Therefore, many kinds of issues were confronted by me. I was unable to find out
appropriate content so many times I done wrong work which killed my time. But when I took
this as a positive note then, I identified that my research abilities get improved. Along with, there

wrong idea which created lots of obstacles in front of us. But, our work never get mismanaged at

problem. Like, I got hesitated in speaking in front of others and was unable to maintain eye
contact with others. Therefore, it is required for me to develop this ability in an effective and
efficient manner. To get results positively, it is required to possess some team working
capabilities. In this manner, overall task will done without any delay. Along with this, it assists to
implement new ideas and thoughts significantly. I have an appropriate communication skills;
hence, I was easily share my thoughts and views with each others easily. But, there was no
communication tools used by us. In this way, many times we miscommunication get happened
amongst us. So that, if we utilized some techniques like social sites, phone and so on then, it get
reduced.
Time management is required to done work within limited duration. If there is no time
administration then, entire work will get hampered (Horton-Deutsch and Sherwood, 2017).

and psychological. This is being completely taken under by my seniors while appreciating me
and gave bonuses. This automatically uplifted my confident to take much more effective
decisions in near future so that I can give good rivalry to my colleagues.
With the help of this, I can say that competitive level will get raise which is beneficial for
restaurant at its initial moment. I examined that self-recognition is must for every single person
while working in an organisation. Along with this, away from this, I get influenced with other
team members who were working with me while making the presentation. This has helped me in
enhancing my over all performance level. With the help of this, I can actually give suggestions to
other team mates as well so that they can perform in better ways in an appropriate manner.
Motivation can be given in various ways. Here, when I gave the presentation in front of my
supervisors. They have honoured me with monitory and appreciated with a great speech in front
of other team members.

There are aspects about business environment which I have gauged while conducting a
preliminary research which could be later emphasized in future projects. The knowledge of
business world is helpful to me as a professional as it can form right decision for my endeavour
by giving due consideration to external business factors. There was initial challenges which were
encountered while prioritising of tasks as I did not have any experience in this domain. But in
future projects, I will be able to rightfully allot activities on their basis of priority and provide
them with suitable time period to achieve the same. I have learnt that it is not very difficult to
launch a venture in market but presence of mega-corporations make it difficult to operate
successfully in the longer run. The knowledge of market which have been gained through this
