Executive summary
Traffic and road accidents are two major problems in the big cities of Australia. The large
numbers of people dies and injured in vehicle accidents in Australia and most of these
accidents are happed in the Cars and big vehicles on the road. According to a report
published by the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, there were more
than 1200 deaths across the Australia in road accidents. However, these numbers were
increased in 2016, it touches the stats of 1300, and it is increasing with very quick speed such
as around 8% every year (Etehad, et. al., 2015). This report shows the business model of
‘Safety First’ that provide and sale large screens that can be easily fit on the back of the
vehicles and provide proper sight to the vehicles and help them to overtake the large vehicles.
This business model helps in reduces the road accidents in Australia and also provide a
secure and safe driving on the roads for the small vehicles, which are mostly involved in road
accidents.

Introduction
This report is based on a business model that helps to reduce these accidents and it provide a
clear vision in the night for the vehicles that are running behind the large vehicles. It has been
seen that in most of the accidents, the small vehicle driver cannot sight the view of his front
because of the large vehicle is running in front of him. Apart from this, the other observation
has been noticed that most of the vehicle and road accident happens in night because people
cannot see the proper view of the upcoming vehicles on the road. This business model also
provides a business canvas that considers different stakeholders and factors that affect this
business plan in Australia.

Name: SAFETY FIRST
Organisational objective: To provide safety and security to small vehicles and reduces the
road accidents by providing a clear view of the road behind the large containers and trucks
etc.
Mission: To protect the people from road accidents reduce the road death till zero in
Australia and provide latest technology to drivers and people for road safety.
Business plan
To reduce the traffic and road accidents, the present plan is to fix a large screen behind the
long vehicles like trucks, containers, and large buses. This technology not only helps in
reducing death numbers because of road accidents rather it will also reduce the traffic
problems in the Australian cities (Alshammari, et. al., 2017).
