Management structure
The company focuses on managing its hierarchy by considering the management structure. In the
initial stage, the management structure of the company can be designed by focusing on the
dispatching center. In the dispatching center, there will be a chief dispatcher, dispatcher and
planner who will plan the dispatching operations. Then the next step will be related to customer
service center in which there will be billing supervisor, financial staff and inspector. The product
will be then transferred to the operation management in which it will subdivided into
warehousing department, CFS operation department and container management department.
The next step in the management system will relate to the business processing system in which it
will be divided into two such as wireless internet platform and gate integrated control system.
The wireless internet platform will be then divided into two such as mobile operations and
mobile equipment. In mobile operations there will be tally clerk, container, operator, warehouse
