Idea Initiation Process
It is considered the most fundamental process of idea generation. In this process, our basic and
primary concern were to bring an organization that would be entrepreneurial in nature and
lifestyle oriented. The business must be such which is feasible and innovative in nature, and we
needed to have full knowledge and passion required for it. Our group organizes a process of
brainstorming to select the best idea (Jeston, 2014). Every group member shares their own views
regarding the suitable business opportunities. Some of the group members suggested a dairy firm
and the other suggested an art school for performance arts. By conducting the elimination
process using our checklist we felt that a dairy organization was not such an innovative idea, we
did not require any experts of engineering. The foundation of any successful business depends on
identifying available business opportunities; we decided to take help from some expert people, in
our friendly network, working in large industries. Finally, we decided to work on an innovative
and smart, healthy organic food organization that would be different from other existing food

handled by intelligent people who can control on overall cost and can generate enough profit. If
expected to invest, they ultimately require high trust on the organization team managing the
overall business in terms of their maturity, experience and reputation. The investors don't have
sufficient time to go through the lengthy documents. They want to get immediate answers to
their queries and concerns (Steinbrecher, 2015). The presentation of business idea would cover
overall aspects of the business in summarize form. This requires proper time management and
extraction of essential information on which the overall success of the business depends. The key
members of the organization are presenting the business plan in front of investors so that they
can attract the investors to their business.
Important lessons were learned from giving a presentation about retaining and capturing the
attention and interest of potential investors, sustaining the level of confidence as well as
predetermined time limit and a great knowledge about the business venture.
Alternative Scenario
The achievement of every business organization depends on internal or external conditions. In
order to predict all necessary figures considered in the business plan have represented a solid
view of the worst case scenario. Unpredictable scenarios of business plan minimize the revenue
level as expected while setting up the business organization. Due to the uncertainty of external
environment factors, the number of subscriptions needs to be kept low. Break-even analysis also
considers an important point here (Harris, 2016). It should be managed by the management to
ensure the overall success of the organization. Cost and Budget figures should calculate after the
consideration of the alternative growth scenarios.

Conclusion
After studying all this, it can be concluded that coming up with a business plan enhance my
overall knowledge about the different aspects of the business which are necessary to consider
before starting any business organization. High-level research is required to understand the
overall economy in a significant manner. I have felt that an entrepreneur should have clear vision
and goal for his organization. Before developing a business plan, I don't have enough knowledge
about the importance of an idea. But now it gives me a deep understanding of its importance and
how it should be implemented efficiently.
