I. Executive Summary:
Entrepreneur Project objectives:
The business venture under proposal would be public limited company housed in London, the
United Kingdom called Univeda Limited or UVL. UVL would offer Ayurvedic products
manufactured in its state of art manufacturing facilities in India. The manufacturing would of the
Ayurvedic products would take place under the supervision of Indian wholly owned subsidiary
of UVL named UniVeda India Limited to be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.. UniVeda
India Limited would like its mother company be a public limited listed on NSE and BSE. UVL
would be having shaving creams and gels, shower gels, soap bars, shampoos and washes for face
and beard. The Ayurvedic skincare products would remove dirt and grime which accumulate on
the skin, thus eliminating the scope of germs altogether. The products by UVL would restore the
normal pH balance of the skin of the male consumers, thus leaving their skin feeling rejuvenated
and more nourished. The Ayurvedic products would also encourage growth of healthy cells, thus
assisting in skin regeneration process to cure wear and tear the skin faces to abrasions and cuts.
UniVeda would make its products available to customers using three business formats, first using
its own branded stores, second by using third party distributors and retailers chains, including
leading retail chains in the United Kingdom and India and third on its own ecommerce platforms.
Vision Statement:
The vision of UVL would be providing men with Ayurvedic skincare products which would
enable them to take care of their skin and counteract damage to skin which they face in everyday
life owing to stress and environmental pollution. The company would also envision to enable
men to minimise the scope of future skin problems which they might face due to lack skincare.
