The marketing strategy of the company should include the strategies related to the maximizing of the sales of the high margin products for example the different coffee recipes. Development of strategies Thecafé culture targets those people who look for some time for relaxation and they want some time over the coffee in a quality place. The customers vary in age. According to the market research the college students prefer coffee bars as a convenient place for their study. This will create the opportunity for the company to create loyal customers. The development strategy of the company depends on building focus on attracting more customers and offering special discounts to the existing customers. The risk management that is included in this company is the shortage of funds. The café culture is a start up business. There is a chance of loss in the first year. The company must focus on the income more than the profit. The profit margin was low in the initial time but it got improved in the upcoming years. The permission of getting a trade license is a long process which can be added in the risk factor of the company. The contingency plan of the company includes that the company intends to make efforts in order to create a unique and a different place in order to create for the customers in order to socialize themselves in a comfortable manner.The café culture aims at investing the entire profit initially to increase the satisfaction of the customers. The profit will not be taken by the owners initially. It will be invested in the developing the interior of the café.
