Introduction
 To have a successful business, it is very important to choose a correct idea (Fairchild, 2017).
Based on that idea, a proposal and plan are developed which acts as a layout of the business-
model. In this presentation, a business start-up is designed with the aim of developing a
centre for the elderly people of the UK. UK is increasingly experiencing ageing population
which requires as much love, care and concern as children do. This start-up aims to design
such different packages for them which will help them feel loved and cared.
