organisation. An external consultant
prepares this strategic plan and it has
effective ideas to make the expansion
flexible and easy. This meeting is organised
to inform every member about the plan and
his or her roles while implementing the
strategic plan in the organisation

 The purpose of the strategic plan
The company is doing well in the in the sector
design and building of high quality designer
homes for the Sydney metropolitan and
surrounding areas, this strategic plan was
needed to expand the business operations in the
Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast markets. This
strategic plan is aimed to define the direction for
the company over the next three years, establish
strategic priorities and to describe how these will
be achieved and the measures

 Outline
Mission of the organisation is to provide the
effective and high quality of the homes build of
the finest and affordable material of designer
quality. Boutique Build Australia is working in the
home building sector since 2013, and doing well
in the Sydney metropolitan and surrounding
areas. Expansions aimed to make the
organisation famous and to maximise the profit
in the next three years from the new expanded
market at Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast

 Key objective
Key objective of this strategic plan is to
make the market position of Boutique
Build Australia very strong and to enter the
new market with effective strategic planning
were every employee has effective
performance according the needs to make
the plan successful.

 Strategic priorities
To enter in the market of home building
first strategy would be to examine the
level of competition in the market by
assigning the duties of effective
market research to the marketing
manager,

 HR manager is entitled to perform
scrutinising of local employees, because
local employees have effective
understanding about the market
conditions. Effective understanding about
the local market and other competitors is
very helpful to enter in the new market as
sole proprietor.
 Operation manager has duties to plant
the effective use of the investment to get
the highly valuable return from the
market.

 Amar Singh Customer Service Manager
has obligations to plan the effective
customer attracting strategies that will
manage the staff in effective coordination
with the customers.

 Resources
Boutique Build Australia is doing well and
has effective Human resources, financial
resources, and many other resources to
implicate the strategic plan of the
organisation expansion.
HR Resources have experienced and new
employees with effective management skills
and planning to make the implementation
successful

 Expectation
This meeting is arranged to discuss the
implementation of the strategic plan
and to open the opportunity for the
suggestion and ideas from the
management and team members. This
plan will aim to recover the invested
amount with profit within the three
years of expansion.
