The new business of South Asian Bites is focussed on offering healthy as well as
authentic Nepalese along with Indian foods in highly affordable prices. It has been observed that
the Nepalese and Indian population is increasing in Australia and these people are likely to look
for authenticity of traditional foods that they used to consume in their home country. Considering
such demand, the objective of the business is to develop a business plan to fulfil the market gap
within the Western Sydney areas were less Nepalese and Indian restaurants exist. The new
business will operate till late night in around 15 in radius. With an attempt to increase easy
understanding, availability along with affordability of food belonging to their own culture, the
new business of South Asian Bites will be established. The major focus of the business will be to
target the Indian and Nepalese international students within Australia along with other target
market perspectives such as locals (Wellton et al. 2017). The new business will be commenced at
Granville, Sydney, NSW, 2142 with the objective of offering cultural, affordable and healthy
food offerings from door to door within 15 kms or 9 miles radius of the locality through attaining
support from advanced technologies.
The major store of the new business will be situated in Granville and it will also serve its
food offerings in other areas of the region. It has also been observed that several international
students residing within Australia faced the issues related with cooking food for their daily
consumption because of their business work schedule. Considering such issue, the major
objective of the new business of South Asian Bites will focus on solving such issues of these
target consumers through offering them with quality foods in affordable prices and prompt

delivery service. The business of South Asian Bites will focus on cater to needs of these target
consumers through developing an effective impact of Asian culture food in the surrounding of
western culture. The new business will focus on addressing the growing demands of target

The services that will be offered by South Asian Bites will include featuring specialized
Nepalese and Indian dishes with superior service and relaxing ambiance. The service will ensure
that the food offerings will be of exceptional quality that can drive high consumer satisfaction.
Food and beverage portions will be sized modestly and will be garnished with attractive
presentation. The dining services offered by kitchen staff will have the best in work experience
and will have exceptional culinary experience in preparing Asian cuisine. Their creative talents
will ensure that they offer finest service in an appealing surrounding that can further offer target
consumers of the restaurant with extraordinary dining experiences (Lee, Halla and Sardeshmukh
2016). The restaurant will offer free delivery services within the nearby localities so that the
