INTRODUCTION
A business plan is the proposed course of action which provides documents for the future
business. Business plan contains details about various departments such as production, human
resource, finance, sales and marketing. Business plan covers 5ws questions and 1 H question
regarding business in advance. It refers to type of written document that spells out the roadmap
where you are, where you want to be and how you want to get there. The business plan which is
selected for this report is restaurant (Business and Below). This restaurant has cruise theme with
sports area. This report covers topics such as business plan such as operating plan, marketing
plan, financial plan etc.
