Italian and Pizza restaurants are among very popular restaurants in United Kingdom. There is presence of clear division in
restaurant of Pizza market among pizza delivery and serviced Italian restaurants. The delivery market of Pizza is approx worth 2.1
million British pounds as it is referred major segment of industry of food delivery. However, market leader is brand of US as
Domino's pizza which has its operations over more than 1000 stores in UK. The business will comprises in hospitality industry which
will be located in United kingdom near to colleges and its target will be young generation and students in Leeds. The name of business
is stated as “HOMIE ITALIAN RESTAURANT” as it will be following revenue business model.

Location: Leeds is considered as cementing place as it in trend as gathering voice of hospitality as it is in today's trend for
more students and venues of live music. Further, Leeds has to reinvent itself for moving far away from its industrial heritage as in
present era, it is widely regarded as second financial centre in Unite kingdom. It is heavily finance driven and in recent it melts in
economy of UK and hit the city which is very hard (McKenzie, 2017). Its leisure sector has absence of immune in this. This city is
initiating with prosperity along with business and development it attained growth with the strongest level which was initiated from
recession of year 2008. It comprises all styles and taste of cuisine which is catered in Leeds whether it is to be traditional pub food

numerous regional chains as it is specialised in Asian and Indian food. Furthermore, in this context there is extraction of opportunities
for middle level and for Italian segment.

Justification to resolve the dilemma for planning effective decision
In respect to develop the organisation for operating various activities in the market which have approached towards developing

well as meeting all the legal requirements which reflect their responsibilities for employees.

planning the policies and developing strategies. Analysing cost requirement in each activity will be beneficial to the organisation in
