3PROJECT MANAGEMENT Title of the Project: Development and Implementation of a Business Portal for an Organization Start Date: 15/10/2018 End Date: 12/02/2019 1.0 Introduction ABC Private Ltd. is a business organization that is looking to migrate to automated business management system in order to achieve the same, they have decided to develop a new business portal with a number of functionalities like profile creation system from the customers’ end, providing sufficient amount of business related information to the customers, content management system, document management system and others. For the purpose of the implementation of the business portal, the company has authorized to conduct a project. This report is based on the development of a project plan that will be used for the proposed project of ABC Private Ltd. 2.0 Goals and Objectives of the Project The main goal of the project is to develop and implement an online business portal for the company so that it is able to move a major part of the business operations online. Based on the overall estimations, the project is expected to be completed within 87 days and an overall budget of $100,000.
