Introduction
A business process can be defined as a concept for the development and designing of
a business system that analyses all the business operations that are currently being processed
within the organisation. The organisation and all the information that is generated within the
day-to-day operations are utilised for this analysis during the business management
processes. The justified business models are discovered for the optimisation and discovery of
the business model for analysing and optimising the business process (Klun & Trkman,
2018). The management of a business process is done in various ways for bringing about the
enhancement with analysing the business processes on a daily basis. This improvement is
easily confirmed with implementation and initiation of the different techniques that can be
included within an organisation for the reduction of cost and optimising the usual cycle time
that business processes have with existing operations. the following would be a modelling
report for the business process of Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park following all the
management, operations, support and development of the business process.
