The justified business models are discovered for the optimisation anddiscovery of the business model for analysing and optimising the business process (Klun & Trkman, 2018). The management of a business process is done in various ways for bringing about the enhancement with analysing the business processes on a daily basis. This improvement is easily confirmed with implementation and initiation of the different techniques that can be included within an organisation for the reduction of cost and optimising the usual cycle time that business processes have with existing operations. the following would be a modelling report for the business process of Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park following all the management, operations, support and development of the business process. Modelling report of business process of Crater Lakes Caravan Process categorization modelling The process categorisation model would form the base of the entire analysis and would be channelized do it using the identification model.
