Process categorization modelling
The identification of the process is the crux of the entire analysis. This is channelized
with identifying the model of categorisation for the product that is right now going through

generated to make sure that an organisation utilizes the functions of a capability maturity
model for refining the entire process that is utilised to develop software. The process by
which software is developed is handled with the capability maturity model to define every
stage by which the software is developed (Aydiner et al., 2019). It is a 5 level evolutionary
process which is usually described with the help of a path that is evolutionary in nature and
leads to a process which makes the entire development of the software go through a

Payment- 5 minutes
Next appointment - 5 minutes
Therefore, Cycle Time = (30 + 45 + 90 + 60 + 45 + 5 + 5) minutes = 280 minutes
