Introduction:
Business Process management concept has been used in this report so that the operations
and management procedures of the organization are increased to a great effect. The process can
have used for the development of the all the sectors of the business for the organization. In
addition to this, the process management can also be used for the analysis of the different ends of
the business for the organization. The optimization and the improvement in the current process
would be helpful in reducing and minimization of the errors at different level in the organization.
The report is used for the analysis on the case study of the Crater Lakes Caravan and
Camping Park. The analysis of the processes of the organization has been done in descriptive
way in the report. The process categorization modelling, capability maturity model, case function
matrix and along with some illustrations.
Discussion:
Process categorization modeling:
For processing the model of categorization of the Carter Lakes Caravan and Camping
Park the interrelation among all the procedures of the organization is required to the be

Implication of 7PMG on Laundry Cleaning:
The 7PMG process has been implemented to improve the cleaning process and the also
would be increasing the efficiency of the cleaning process.
Implication of 7PMG on Security:
The 7PMG have been applied on the security of the system to identify the probable
drawbacks of the system and automate the process which would be increasing the security of the
system.

7PGM Discussion for the process:
The discussion is being done in accordance with the 7PGM model, and there has been a
definition about the different components which are to inter related with the implementation of
the 7PGM model. The events and the process that are ending arte also in association with this
model. It has also been identified that the successful design of the model would be of great help
with the project so that the preliminary objectives can be met. The first process chosen for this
case is the cleaning and laundry. Only the registered users are allowed to access the car parking
lot to check the available empty locations. From all around the outlying areas the camper
travelers can book for their desires.
2.7.7PGM discussion for the second process
The second process that has been chosen for this specific case scenario is the security. It
is the responsibility of the security guards to evaluate and process the necessary roles so that
Crater Lakes Caravan and Camping Park project objectives can meet the success criteria and
other assumptions. According to the security perspectives only the registered people are allowed
to access the parking and laundry services. Through the process of a card swiping the usage of
the washing machine can be avail by the project manager. For the campers small sized fridges
are also available.

Total time taken for the project completion: (30+45+5+45+10) = 135 Minutes

The total time for the security will take the below segmentations

mandatory for the project head and the other project team members to accomplish those activities

decisions are to be make accordingly based on the business requirements. Through creating links

successfully accomplished. For the current business managers, the process of business modelling
has becoming one of the highest priorities. Even for the business managers also this has been
