Executive Summary Main goal of this project is to prepare the business report based on provided case study. The provided case is related to crater lakes caravan and camping part and it is used to offers the camp a variety of accommodation options. This campers has the powered and non- powered sites and it newly renovated holiday cabins. It has short and long term accommodation options. The cabins are consists of 6 people, shower room, toilet, DVD, TV, lounge and kitchenette. The campers travel from all around and outlying areas to stay the pay and also activities and amenities are available. Based on case study, user needs to provide the description and application of process categorisation model, capability maturity model and function matrix. And, identify the processes each model and calculate the process cycle time for each processes. Finally, design the process flows in the as - is model.
