The primary objective of this paper is to identify the process architecture for a
business consultancy firm. Followed by this objective it will also consist a detail elaboration
of the approached architecture, the cases present in the approached architecture as well as the
functionalities of the approached architecture. In order to support the above discussion this
paper will also consists a case matrix as well as a functional matrix. Followed by this a brief
discussion on the business process architecture for the consultancy firm is mentioned below:
Business Process Architecture –
Followed by the case scenario it has been decided to approach such process
architecture in which the fir can effectively attend the customer, investigate their concerned
areas, send them to the consultant lastly they will further proceed for the payment process.
Following the above mentioned activities it has been also noticed that one of the most
significant objective of the organization to provide best services to their customers as well as
to maintain a long term relationship with its customers. Considering these aspects the
identified cases for the process architecture is listed below:
Case types in business process architecture –
In this approached process architecture there are several case types present which
includes the Client Types, Services Types, marketing management case type as well as the
process types. However, among these three case types one of the most impactful case type is
the Client types as it has been noticed from the case scenario as well as a thorough
investigation on the business process of a consultancy firm that in a consultancy firm various
types of client appears with various problems. With the purpose to initiate the process the
client must verify themselves with proper identification proof then they can process further
with the core process.
