Introduction
There are various process for the management of the business. However, managing the
business certain things are needed to be considered. The business of the Crater Lakes Caravan
and Camping Park has been evaluated in this paper (Sharma, Mithas & Kankanhalli,2014). In
this context different aspects of the business from the different perspective can be evaluated
through the application of the various business models. The assumptions are made from the
discussion which helps to identify the flow of the business process of Crater Lakes Caravan and
Camping Park.
Discussion
The business process is the flow of the activity that provides the guideline to the
management for using the resources to achieve the desired goals for the organization. The

The application of the porter’s value chain can be applied for the development of the

process. The use of the ERP software will be helpful for managing the business .
