The current business process of Joondalup Hospital:-
This Western Australia based hospital's business process initiates with registering
the patient at the reception center, followed by a program planner creating a
selection for a preliminary medical analysis.
The analysis is carried out by a medical specialist who will choose the next step.
If the medical consultants think somebody else can see supplementary backing the
patient, they are recommended to a doctor with another specialist.
If the patient's illness is not perfect, the doctor will propose additional
examinations before illustrating any further assumptions (Twigg et al., 2015).
There are several categories of medical tests happening in this hospital, such as
biochemical tests, visual tests.
When the test is completed, then the doctors are investigating properly after that
they choose the next steps. Several choices are existing to the doctor, like surgery,
medication, physiotherapy radiotherapy, and expert medical supervisors control
every process.
In the testing time, it can be implemented in any instruction or sometimes
simultaneously. There are several different medical examinations, some of them
are controlled inside, but others are outside through third parties due to the lack of
well-informed workforce and limited apparatus.
When the therapy procedure is done, then the medical supervisors and nurses
always monitor the patients as per the doctor's instruction (Standing et al., 2018).
At the time, the doctor believes that the patients are entirely out of danger.
