Summary for last assignment
The last assignment was conducted for the purpose of introducing the case related to
Reliable finance company. The company offers a better way of managing the loans towards the
businessmen and farmers. The organization aims at expanding the business so that they can
achieve better growth throughout the life cycle of the organization. The main aim of the
organization is to expand the business functions so that they can achieve better results with the
use of an effective business process. The last assignment was used for the purpose describing the
problems that were faced with the current business process associated with the organization.
The above diagram is developed based on the feedback that is received for the purpose of
developing the previous assignment. The model is being developed for the purpose of identifying
the current business process associated with the organization.

Enterprise architecture
The enterprise architecture mainly aims at collaborating with the key personnel for the
purpose of defining the business objectives so that it can support the main objectives associated
with the business infrastructure. With the help of enterprise architecture the RFC organization
will be able to rectify the business process model and will ensure better performance of the
system. This also offers a better way of mapping out the business process to check whether there
is any issue faced while executing the process or not. Thus it is expected that with the use of
enterprise architecture the mapping out will become easy and will ensure a better way of
handling the activities within the organization. The main benefit that is observed with the use of
BPM is that it helps in the time of rapid growth of the organization. This becomes important at
the time of identifying the existing business process that can replicate the reasons behind the
growth of the company. With the help of BPM diagram it is expected that mapping of the
employees associated with the organization will become easy and will provide an effective way
of managing the processes that are taking place within the system. While accessing this it
becomes easy to manage the activities that are taking place within the organization. Business
process modeling is used for the purpose of representing the activities sequence that is taking
place within the organization. Enterprise architecture is referred to the framework that focuses on
providing a better methodology for determining the business process modeling. EEnterprise
architecture possesses the ability to impact the BPM portfolio process by explaining the ways to
create, analyze, and manage the BPM processes.
Value stream map is one of the simplest ways of managing the stops that is taking place
within the organization. This helps in visualizing the major steps that are essential for
transforming the customer request into the expected services from the suppliers towards the

intended customers. With the help of value stream map the holistic view of process related
towards the system can be obtained. This helps in identifying the non value added steps that will
be able to eliminate the errors within the process. This also helps in improving the overall
performance of the system and ensures a better way of performing the activity.
About the BPM diagram
The major process segments that are associated with the BPM are described below:
 Payment: the payment process is one of the external processes associated with the
organization. This is mainly performed by the customer. Customers are responsible for
sharing the payment vouchers via emails with the organization so that they can analyze
the payment amount.
 Payment verification: before processing the payment it becomes essential to verify the
credential so that payment can be performed successfully.
 Payment reminder: this generates reminder towards the customer so that they can process
the amount at current time without about delay.
 Payment report: the system delivers a report for determining the verification process
associated with the payment.

The major business entities those are associated with the RFC system includes the customers,
payment, staffs, reports and loans. The major attribute that are associated with the organization
includes loans, payment, customers, bank, staffs, branch and report. Each table contains a
primary key so that it becomes easy to identify the entities associated with the table uniquely.
The ReportID is the primary key in report table and contains two foreign key attributes that is the
StaffID and the PayementNumber. The payment table contains the PaymentNumber as the
primary key and the customerID as the foreign key. The loans table contains the primary key
LoanID and the foreign key customerNumber. The customers attribute contains the CustomerID
as the primary key as this helps in uniquely identifying the customers. The BankID is the foreign
key attribute in this table. The Staffs attribute contains the StaffID as primary key and BranchID
as the foreign key. The main reason behind developing the ER diagram is to manage the
activities that are taking place within the organization. There is a huge need to analyze the
reports associated with each loans so that it becomes easy to handle the payments. The business

process size mainly depends on the budget and size of the software that are used within the RFC
organization.
Collaborative business
Key operational elements, structure of research and development department, production
and facilitation elements, pre and after sales status are the basic design factors on which each
business needs to keep their focus. It is the responsibility of the business operators to make sure
that all the elements are professionally implementing and maintaining by the business associates.
Starting from the project initiation up to the project execution phase theses elements and details
business processes are needed to be followed and maintained by the business associates
successfully. The business requires having a proper vision, mission so that they can earn
competitive advantages and commercial benefits as well. Over a single region throughout the
world the company is required to expand their business. The RFC Company is considering loan
related and payment related process in the business environment.
The RFC organization is allowed to correlate their business with the banking sector. In order
to make collaboration within enterprises the business would also needed to adopt subordinate
collaborative model. Whenever organizations found challenges with fixed cost interest they
apply the different cooperative techniques which are known as subordinated capitals. For such
businesses the investors become the highest priority creditors in the working business
environment. In these working sectors the takeover are very rare and for this reason many
cooperative exist in the high risk areas, low margin and in capital investment. In order to get
proper right over the business operations RFC organization is required to use proper business
models. In addition to this, the business cooperatives are needed to make sure that no issues are

interrupting the business success. Therefore, the organization is required to adopt the most
suitable and appropriate company so that they can gain effective business values. Apart from that
the business operations are also not must be negatively hampered.
Business Intelligence
The business Intelligence is referred to as a process that is widely used by the business
organizations to convert the stores information into effective knowledge. The effective
knowledge are again needed t be used by the business operators to make the entire business
process a successful one. It has been assumed that if these measures are successfully used by the
business owners then the company would gain effective business values, competitive advantages
and commercial revenue as well. It has also been analyzed that successful use of the business
Intelligence (BI), will help to drive the business towards commercial success line. The company
also requires using proper quality assurance framework to enhance the business success. The
quality of the business products and projects are must not be compromised. This BI tool is also
helpful to resolve different problems and challenges. While expanding the business the
organization is required to handle the financial and social issues as well.
