Checking orders of client: This process reflects beginning of the entire order fulfillment
process in which the client places and order and salesperson receives order for processing. The
completeness of order is being checked by the Sales Administration Team after it is faxed to

them by salesperson. The process can be improved by implementing proper checking procedures
at the time of procuring order from clients.
The improvement of the process will help to initiate the placing of order easily and
further processing of order from the client. The implementation of the proposed solution will
help in reducing the order processing time and sending the received order to warehouse so that it
can be dispatched to the client.
Checking completeness of order: This process requires involvement of Warehouse
supervisor for checking the order after goods are being picked by the Warehouse team member.
This process can be improved by involving the Warehouse supervisor during selection and pick
up of order.
The proposed solution will help to reduce the time taken for selecting and picking of
goods as per the order being placed by client. The involvement of Warehouse supervisor during
selection and picking of goods will ensure completeness of order at one go and there will be no
requirement of iterating the process.
Checking credibility of clients: This process involves checking credit status of the client
to determine whether the order can processed or not processed as per worthiness of the client.
This process can be improved by segregating the orders as per client that is whether they are new
or existing so that there is no requirement to check at a later stage while processing of order.
The suggested improvement will help to reduce the overhead time required for checking
the credibility of client. This improvement will make the delivery of order faster or intimating
the client about rejection of the order.
