INTRODUCTION
Business process is involving the sets of activities and task by different functions and
methodscollectively. By the help of different equipment’s and employees in particular sequence
which further help to produce specific services and products for the customers(Yurieva, T.V. and
Voropaeva, L.N.,2019). Some of the most important business process is project management,
quality management and measurement. Which helps to develop effective strategy, product and
services according to the particular goal of the business. First event is the event management
company in UK England.That is using the innovative designs of live event and provide the best
experience to audience. In this report identification and description of quality management
approaches is going to be done along with the analysis of measurement approaches in context to
project success. Identification of the effective project management principles is also going to be
done in this report.
Identification and description of quality management approaches
Quality management is one of the important functions of business process which is
involving themode of overcoming the different task and activities within organization to in
ensurethat goods and services offered by the company and the mode of providing those services
to the customers are good and consistent.Quality management function is involving different
component and approaches along with the selective principles, explaining below with example.
The main components of quality management are involving the quality planning, quality
improvement, quality control and quality assurance(Dzidrov, M., 2019).
Quality planning- this is the important process which is involving the identification of
quality standards related to the organization project and which helps that how to meet them.
Quality improvement- this is involving the process of change within the product and
service development process in order to improve the reliability and effectiveness of outcomes.
Quality control- the continuous approach and process of removing errors by monitoring
the integrity and reliability of operational functions in order to get effective outcomes.
Quality assurance- and this is the method which involves a systematic action of product
and services quality checking to ensure that customers are getting one from that(Bhatia, M.S. and
Awasthi, A., 2018).

There is the use of quality
circle, but need to improve it
because in order to manage
