INTRODUCTION
A business process report is an elaborated information about all internal and external
things in a organisation. This basic report helps in using all reporting tools which are used by an
organisation to participate correctly in all business process. It revolves around topics like, status
updates, steps and instructions to follow, current instances and many more. To understand this
concept better, P-bicycles an organisation which produces bicycles on demand is taken up. It will
demonstrate a relationship map of organisation, then business processes will be defined using
cross functional maps. Related to such the improvement, measures and selection process of
measures is discussed in brief (Forster and et. al., 2019).

it becomes very difficult to perform it (Sánchez González and et. al., 2010). This causes to avoid
many opportunities by organisations as it becomes to much focus to maintain the basic structure
of organisation. These maps usually become very obsolete in nature as they keep updating them
as per new changes in the organisation and makes the whole plan ineffective in nature.
Portability is a challenging is usually a centralized location. These relationship tooling depends
upon the fact that such kinds of codes have to be as per the rules and guidelines which are
mentioned in this environment. Today's technological system has to develop a new segmentation
to understand the elements in the organisation. This needs to explain several relationship map
which will explain the types and styles of organisation. This creates a platform for Australia and
business development organisations. Its very difficult for companies which are in legal services
which shall depend upon legal services and financial services, such industries have to focus upon

benefits which can be generated through these. This procedure requires a lot of discipline and
adherence to correctly perform a particular procedure (Mentzas, Halaris and Kavadias, 2001).
The above mentioned relationship map represents all important elements which are
required for each organisation to get an elaborated information as per requirement in
organisation. This has a particular relation where it states that such incidental reason re issues

Research and development: this department is very important to keep correct
understanding of all the information. It can be concluded that certain things which depend upon
the understanding needs to be correctly done. In this development one has to create several
statists which depend upon the correct regulations. There are many issues which have to be
contemplated as per guidelines required in the organisation. This department helps in setting up
all the basic research essentialist in group project. There has to be the correct working detail as
per the requirement and information needed by the company. In this the organisation P-bikes
have to take care of everything as per the descriptive ideas and shall be given as per the given
environment. The main issue here which arises is which issue shall be picked up for correcting
all in the organisation. This department will correctly guide development is very important for
this company as they just depend upon the organisations development. In this one has to create
the correct utilisation has to be as required by organisation. It can be placed in the environment
so that the research team can acquire the correct definition in the organisation. It shall be
descriptive in nature and shall be proceeding in the environment (Pohle and Chapman, 2006)
Research and development plays the crucial role for any of the business organisation because it
tells that whether company will perform better on not. In any of the firm, it becomes important
and proper team should be there whole will engage whole of their time within the work of
innovation. There are number of importance of research and development as it helps to do
innovational work. Whenever any of the new ideas are required within the company for uplifting
the performance of a company then it is necessary that R&D should be done which will help to
take competitive advantage in the market (Neubauer, 2009). There are number of occasions
where company is unable to perform better and in that situation it is becomes crucial for research
and development department to do innovative work so that performance of a company can be
improved more profit can be generated. In context of the company, it is necessary for them to
understand that if in any of the situation R&D department cannot perform their task as per the
requirement then company might have to suffer from number of losses. In addition, it is
important because it helps to work as per the required of company for the purpose of

organisation that if they are not able to perform as per the requirement then company might have
to suffer from number of losses due to which company might struggle to compete with rivalries
firm.

In this department all the procedures are defined in the organisation, there has to be given the
correct working criteria as per the requirement. These cross functioning maps have the clear
directions and give correct information as per requirements. This shall be done as required by

done to conclude the correct rectification and shall give the main issue in the organisation. This
can be effectively done for the communicating decisions. This has rectified each and every step
which shall be required to complete the business. This is rectified in the organisation as per
requirement. To create the benefit of doubt this shall be does as the required things. If any
procedure shall be completed it should be done to correctly give the each and every step which is
requires. For example if professional individual candidates are to be chosen as companies sales
executives then they shall be required to complete all the systems and should be ones as per
requirements. It can be concluded for the fact that it can clearly be essential for the given well
doings and should be estimate first selecting the correct employee. Then they shall be giving the

order to create and stipulate the organisations business as per requirement. It should be handling
over all the required field which needs to be improved. For example labour in organisation: as
generally their is no peak load for such organisations. They have to implement things as per bulk
requirement in the organisation. It can be concluded here that it is very essential for them to
create the correct explanation for each step and make no confusion related to them. Each step is
very descriptive in nature and can be completed as per requirement. There is no such regulation
which shall be followed by them to conclude any wrong doings in organisation. It can be said
here that it is clearly the role of organisation that they shall include the proper working criteria in
the units. One has to select the correct working procedure to complete the work. In this the
organisation shall indulge with more technological benefits and have to be fitted in to the correct
working zones of organisation. their are many benefits to such things. It can be performed
correctly by making correct decisions which are related to the selected department.

the best performance measurement for company will be improve and expand more in
technological department. They should also be very particular in understanding the key role of
the information. It shall be created as the required reasons of issues. The environment of the

requirement, there is always a correct working condition in the place for selecting correct
employees as per their skills and require. Next they have to discuss all such disputes which are
not correct in relation to the issues between the organisations, HR should select the procedure of
calmly understanding all such aspects so that they can explain all required relations in the firm.

The maps are giving the correct step procedures and me4aures which shall be taken by company
to full fill all needs, as per required. The main issues here is related to the rearch and
development in the organisation and second most is the production planning as a lot of material
gets waste just because of making a lot excess without particularly analysing how much is
required by the company.

These two department needs to get the correct working criteria, later they have to understand the
main effective reasons of correctly improve the basic requirement, for the correct explanation in
the body of P-bicycles organisation.
4. Flowchart illustrating the process bi-cycle service
As per the given flowchart, it has been illustrated that bicycles are more safer and eco-
friendly vehicle, which includes fault tolerance system, as a 2 fail-safing points. In order to drive
a bicycle more safely and prevent riders from major accidents while riding at high speed, fault
tolerance system is designed. It enables other system of bicycle to continue their intended
operations, rather than to fall completely when small parts fail that may cause total breakdown.
So, designing this system in bicycles, make it self-stabilisation and reduces causes such as
fatigue, manufacturing flaws and corrosion. While for line of visibility, that enables riders to
drive in dark place as well, FLECTR 360 as bike reflector with 360 degree also designed, which
is wrapped razor-thin around the rim.

CONCLUTION
This report is a summaries detail of a business process report. it talks about certain
elements which are important to run an organisation. this report helps ins demonstrating all
essential elements which are required to put together a clear identification of relationship map
and cross functional maps. then after explaining many elements one shall explain a functional
theory of selecting methods to rectify mistakes. All clear functioning of maps have been
mentioned in this. Later a clear selection procedure is given which will explain certain amount of
explanation as per the element of business organisation chosen. The company i.e. P-bicycles is a
big manufacturing company and all its process or steps are discussed above.
