I am writing this letter in order to show my interest towards entering into Coles
Graduation program. I am highly willing to join in the program, as hold some of the skills and
competencies which will help me to attain success from this course. I have the ability to manage
a team with different cultural background and have the knowledge of appropriate technique that
support in satisfying the requirement of individual team member and thereby generate motivation
among them. As I know that flexible working environment plays a significant role in
accelerating productivity among the staffs, I have the ability to increase the flexible working
options which is the key of enabling the staffs to perform their duty with utmost proficiency.
Creating flexible working environment is one of the most significant aspects of Coles
Graduation program. Therefore, entering into this course will serve me with the ability to gather
knowledge regarding the tools and techniques, needed to create a healthy working environment.
This is the way, through which I can allow the staffs to promote their career. I have the desire the
face challenge in the professional domain which supports me to be more competent. There lies
the reason, for which I am highly eager to enter in the course as it will strengthen my
competency to work in utterly challenging environment. This challenging environment will play
a critical role for me to be more creative and dynamic. Effective leadership is one of the most
significant factors for leading an organization towards proper direction which supports in
attaining a strong position in the market.

will help me to build my leadership quality and thus lead a certain range of employees to
appropriate direction. This is the mode, through which I can create a great support network
throughout the organization by including all the departments. It is my general tendency to work
in the fast moving business environment that requires constant up-gradation of process. Through
this way, I can derive the best result. This tendency will help me to get desired outcome from
business. This is also a significant reason for which I am highly willing to enter in the Coles
Graduation program as it is one of the major requirements of this course.
I am also highly willing to challenge myself as well as other, which I think is the
fundamental factor to amplify the level of proficiency. Therefore, entering in this course will also
help me to reinforce my challenging attitude and thereby help me to be a great part of my
workplace. I have the intense desire to learn new thinks and thus improve my knowledge. As the
Coles Graduation program requires person who are highly willing to learn new things. Therefore,
I think that I am quite capable to enter in the course as I want to accelerate my skill by learning
new things. I am a great team player can operate a team with utmost proficiency. In my school
and college level. I have handled multiple teams by playing the role of team leader. Being the
great team player is also a major requirement of Coles Graduation program. As I have some of
the initial knowledge of team player. Entering in the course can me to improve my team building
ability which is highly significant for leading an organization towards proper direction. I am
extremely interested in building my career in retail management. The aim of this course mostly is
