Problem solving
It includes relevant facts. Association with shareholders. Examines matter from various
aspects and produce sound results from obtainable data. Recognizes and proposes doable
solutions.
Problem solving remained the analytical section of my job roles for the six long years.
Having worked as Customer Relationship Officer at Olive Retail Stores, I managed variety of
situations. Whereas few could be solved easily, one or two in a week seemed complex and
needed to resolve analytically. I had to enquire for the situation from the store staff and
consumer's opinion, to clear doubts, and improve what went wrong and the reason behind it.
Thereafter, I had to present suited solutions and bargain an outcome with mutual consent. It was
often that that I was rewarded by my manager for sensitizing and early resolution of such
problems.
