Introduction
Business project is defined as a project which is specifically proposed for attaining business
objective. Programmeme management refers to overall management of interconnected projects

that is headquartered in Washington, USA. They are responsible for developing as well as
rendering wide range of hardware components to their customers but now they are diversifying
their operations in software system. This report comprises of key issues, scope and deliverables
associated product development project. Apart from this, estimation as well as scheduling issues
will be provided along with risk management strategies. Furthermore, recommendations are
given in context of governance, stakeholders and programmeme management. Programme
control methods as well as certain aspects related with consultancy contract are also furnished.

they can acquire enhanced customer base.
Strategies: SB is to furnish low cost and value products to wide range of customers

systems by opting for acquisition and partnership.

Strategic transformation: SB has formulated new vision as per which they have
developed series of interconnected projects for having diversification, enhanced market shares,
decreased operating costs and new products. For this, they have opted for internal growth and
acquisition (Gooberman, 2020). With respect to this, SB have purchased large integrated Mobile
Phone Manufacturer WN which renders their services across Europe.
While opting strategically transformation SB has encountered various issues with respect
to manufacturing location, they have been specified beneath:
Management issues: It is the major concern that is being faced by SB when carrying out
their business functions. As per this, manufacturing services ran over in context of time
as well as cost. It is result of poor management and control for all the operations that are
conducted (Just, 2020). In addition to this, it will also lead firm to have inadequate
management for change management, cope up with requirements and scope.
Quality issues: As per this issue, SB is not able to render adequate quality technology for
their customers. This will lead them to have pessimistic influence on their profitability as
well as goodwill. Apart from this, there were some quality issues in some areas where
there are outsourced manufacturing bases.
Job loss issues: It is crucial concern as people will lose their jobs after integration of SB
with WN’s manufacturing within their host country. In addition to this, it will be harmful
for reputation of SB in USA.
Clearance issues: SB is subject to regulatory clearance when they have opted for
acquisition from European Competition authorities as well as WN’s home base country
as they will be losing strategic industry.
These are some issues that are encountered by SB while rendering their functions and
operations within WN. This will also create an impact on their profitability ratio and goodwill in
the market. With respect to this, some suggestions have been given by which influence created
by these issues can be resolved (Louth and Spragg, 2019). Employees of SB must be provided
with structured training as it will enable them to deliver their services adequately and they will
also be motivated. Furthermore ̧ their skills will also be enhanced which will bring in creativity
