“To examine the different culture that influence the Talent management approaches
which is used by the organisation”. The case study is related to the Verdant Leisure.
INTRODUCTION
To manage the business enterprise effectively and efficiently companies can adopts the
policies and procedures that can be implemented appropriately so that firm will survive for a
longer period of time. To manage the company Talent management reflects the vital role for
success in the different culture present within the working area so that employees are to be
retain(Bjorkman, 2020). In this different culture influence the approaches of the talent
management within the organisations so that profitable results can be enjoyed. To complete this
project report Verdant Leisure is to be undertaken that a small and medium size company within
UK. This business report involves the aims and objectives, Gantt charts, Project management
plan related to cost time etc. It also involves research and reflection on the values that is
generated at the time of doing this project(Bell and Harrison, 2018) .
TASK 1
P1 Aims and objectives
The below research is based on the different cultures that will influence the talent
management approaches within the company. In case of Verdant Leisure, management of the
company highly focus on the talent management approaches that is impacted by the culture
difference. To highly focus on this talents and experienced workforces are to be attracted
effectively and firm will gain high amount of profits and revenues. Verdant leisure is a small and
medium size company that offers the wide range of holiday options in the several destinations
related to Scotland, Durham, Northumberland where the travellers can spend their time and
explore new activities in several region. For this company high emphasis on the including
different culture so that management can manage effectively and more talented employees are
retain(Belz and et. al., 2019) .
Aims- To determine the distinct culture which influence the approaches of talent management
that is adopted by the business enterprises.
Objectives
To effectively understand the talent management within the company

To determine the importance of different culture in influencing talent management
approaches in order to retain and encourage potential workers.

It refers to the collection of subsidiary and baselines plans which includes the schedule,
cost, time, risk, communication etc. so that repetitiveness of the project is to be
eliminated(Berger, 2020) .
Cost- It includes the total cost that is to be needed in the business enterprise so that
researcher can use this effectively for completing their work so the elimination of the
wastage can be removed. For researching Verdant Leisure can prepare a amount of
£68000 that can be related to several components(Collings and et. al., 2018) .

Time- It refers to a element that can includes the overall period of time which is used by
the researcher to complete the research in effective way. In this manager can take the
adequate time for research so that they can get the effective result in the project
completion. Due to this all the risk factors are to be reduced and effectiveness can be
declared appropriately(Taylor, 2018).
Scope- It reflect the detailed period of time that helps in maintaining the long term
strength of the company. In this researcher can make sure related to the set of strategies
so that goals can be attained in definite period of time. For this they can sure about each
and every activities is to be implemented successfully(Janjić and Rađenović, 2019) .
Quality- It refers to that determinant that a investigator can used to confirm the actions
and activities so that it can be completed in time frame. It helps in proper collection of
data and statistics so that effective results can be gained. In this if outcome of the
research is executed within the organisation than it reflects the positive manner.
