INTRODUCTION
To manage the business enterprise effectively and efficiently companies can adopts the
policies and procedures that can be implemented appropriately so that firm will survive for a
longer period of time. To manage the company Talent management reflects the vital role for
success in the different culture present within the working area so that employees are to be
retain(Bjorkman, 2020). In this different culture influence the approaches of the talent
management within the organisations so that profitable results can be enjoyed. To complete this
project report Verdant Leisure is to be undertaken that a small and medium size company within
UK. This business report involves the aims and objectives, Gantt charts, Project management
plan related to cost time etc. It also involves research and reflection on the values that is
generated at the time of doing this project(Bell and Harrison, 2018) .
TASK 1
P1 Aims and objectives
The below research is based on the different cultures that will influence the talent
management approaches within the company. In case of Verdant Leisure, management of the
company highly focus on the talent management approaches that is impacted by the culture
difference. To highly focus on this talents and experienced workforces are to be attracted
effectively and firm will gain high amount of profits and revenues. Verdant leisure is a small and
medium size company that offers the wide range of holiday options in the several destinations
related to Scotland, Durham, Northumberland where the travellers can spend their time and
explore new activities in several region. For this company high emphasis on the including
different culture so that management can manage effectively and more talented employees are
retain(Belz and et. al., 2019) .
Aims- To determine the distinct culture which influence the approaches of talent management
that is adopted by the business enterprises.
Objectives
 To effectively understand the talent management within the company

It refers to the collection of subsidiary and baselines plans which includes the schedule,
cost, time, risk, communication etc. so that repetitiveness of the project is to be
eliminated(Berger, 2020) .
 Cost- It includes the total cost that is to be needed in the business enterprise so that
researcher can use this effectively for completing their work so the elimination of the
wastage can be removed. For researching Verdant Leisure can prepare a amount of
£68000 that can be related to several components(Collings and et. al., 2018) .

 Time- It refers to a element that can includes the overall period of time which is used by
the researcher to complete the research in effective way. In this manager can take the
adequate time for research so that they can get the effective result in the project
completion. Due to this all the risk factors are to be reduced and effectiveness can be
declared appropriately(Taylor, 2018).
 Scope- It reflect the detailed period of time that helps in maintaining the long term
strength of the company. In this researcher can make sure related to the set of strategies
so that goals can be attained in definite period of time. For this they can sure about each
and every activities is to be implemented successfully(Janjić and Rađenović, 2019) .
 Quality- It refers to that determinant that a investigator can used to confirm the actions
and activities so that it can be completed in time frame. It helps in proper collection of
data and statistics so that effective results can be gained. In this if outcome of the
research is executed within the organisation than it reflects the positive manner.
P3 Gantt chart and WPS
Gantt chart- It refer to that chart which demonstrate in the form of the bar graph and
also briefing related to the several activities and work that is to be performed in the project
management. It shows the dependency related to the task so that the work related to research is to
be completed effectively with proper understanding(Pandita and Ray, 2018) .

It refers to that analysis which is helpful for the researcher to differentiate all their task by
making it into small segments that is divided into the several slots by the investigator so that
judgement can be done effectively through which complexity is to be removed in effective

Research refers to that component in which investigation is to be done by the researcher
for better understanding about the specific topic so that accurate information is to be collected
for gaining the effective judgement in systematic manner. It is to be done for gathering the
several constructive information related to facts and figures so that appropriate ending is to be
done.

collecting the several essential information by using the mathematical formulation,

computational techniques(Heldman, 2018) .
 Qualitative method- In this researcher make the analysis on particular project which the
help of unformulated data and statistics that is to be completed to generate the appropriate
and underpinning scheme.
 Primary source- It refers to that source in which researcher can collect the adequate data
and information in the form of questionnaires, polls etc. so that appropriate results are to
be shown.
 Secondary source- In this investigator can collects the knowledge and information in the
useful data that is already used by the some other persona in marketplace. In this several
aspects is to be included that are newspaper, article, financial reports.

the several aspects based on human resources by using the different culture within the company
so that working environment is to be reflected in a positive manner. It also helpful in enhancing
the profit of the company and also getting the high level of success for a longer period of time.
Culture play an essential role to gain the employees attraction and also helpful to get the
productive results(Butler And et. al., 2020) . In this organisation can focus on introducing the
several strategies and policies so that the high culture value is to be increased within the
employees in effective manner. It involves the few recommendation that can be shown below:
 Verdant Leisure can highly focused on the sustained path based on the culture for their
employees so that it become easy for the talent management to take decisions for the
company success and growth. In this talent management highly focus on applying the
leadership style as per the culture so that employees are satisfied with their working
criteria that is majorly important(Yıldırım and Korkmaz, 2019) .
 In this another recommendation is that the company is offering the training sessions as
per the culture of the employees so that they can effectively understand the working and
task within the company and it also develops the individual person knowledge. It helps in
analyzing the employees feeling so that they will sustain for a longer period of time.

By doing the above research it is reflected by me that I can learned the several concept
related to culture and talent management. This also helps me to enhancing the various knowledge
regrading the different culture that is influencing by the talent management approaches. It helps
in gaining the higher profits and revenues of the Verdant Leisure because in this company

knowledge regarding the several culture are to be very beneficial to attracts the number of
customers and taking decisions re4lated to generating the higher profits. It is acknowledge that
verdant Leisure use the training and development, effective leadership style, friendly
environment can be follow so that different culture is positively influence the company profits
and also the overall growth and environment. In this company can use the several tools and
techniques like Gantt chart, Work breakdown structure etc. so that task can be completed on time
frame. In this I can face the major challenge in interaction with the employees because of
different culture. In this I can used my soft skills and academic learning to make the
interpretation better so that best results can be processed.
CONCLUSION
From above report it is summarised that the company become successful when they
effectively manage their workforce on the different culture and follow several talent management
approaches in relation to this. It helps in completing the work on timely basis and also helps in
doing the selective changes within the organisation to promote the different culture so that
employees are to be satisfied within the working area for a longer period of time.
