With the help of SWOT analysis model, a person is able
to analyse their own strengths and weakness. This will
assists in self aware which is necessary to take further
steps. SWOT analysis of a person is helping to analyse
their behaviour and also assists in building better

management style and much more. An
individual who is competent in this area is
also aware of their level of emotional
intelligence and the impact of their behaviour
on others. They understand and respect
individual difference and seeks to build
positive working relationships. Can reflect
using a range of models

Independent Thinking
Demonstrates an ability to make sense of
things based on one’s own experiences and
observations. Independent thinkers are
generally confident in their abilities and
accept that making mistakes is a natural
process to coming up with the most
appropriate solution.
For the purpose of developing independent thinking, an
individual must read books and articles, identifying other
people argument, interacting with more and more people,
