INTRODUCTION This report of debate on use of zero hour contracts negative consequences of employees and business, we will reflect how team examine different opinions for and against the particular segment. How it can be productive and practical learning too. How several qualities emerge, include with collecting and organizing ideas. And knowing logical links between ideas. MAIN BODY Interpersonal Skills My skills included was firstly the style in which I communicated my arguments , speed that sounds that how interested I was in the topic and how easily it should be understood. There was the fluency in discussing the topic and language taken by me was perfectly suitable. Personal Contribution I contributed my organizational skills and potential to go well with the topic in a group. I am having knowledge , experience and contacts to contribute in growth, so I was looking it with the matching vision of the topic. I think my ability to plan forward will help to ease that expansion. I suggested my peers to study and then come to conclusion. Key Issues We also had arguments regarding the topics, team-mates were suggesting different points that how it can be effective in some or the other manner. They put forward that it should support or may not, decision must be correct or not. (van Ommering, E., 2017).It is all about the conversation, and arguments were very long. Team was saying that the productive arguments starts with a problem, and we realize that why we are having the interest to solve our problem. Approaching to mutual arguments, the opposite sides attacks, defends , crush objections and put down their competitors . It is never ever a good idea to hurry up with any task.Disagreeing about the issue, care deeply about an outcome, or attempt to satisfy others of the logic of our approach, we frequently spot to argument. Affects Of The Discussion It encouraged me to learn from one another and then speak well in my own words. I was gaining confidence to speak and go through the critical situations. I have also experienced some
negative points that sometimes I was not much interactive with the point because I was not clear of that particular part and sometimes I was not able to make my group mates understand that what I am actually trying to say. So, moving forward to some of my positive and negative experiences. 1)Positive: I was an active listener and communicator in between the discussion. I was evaluating what is been said by the other people and speaking up my part on that basis. I was having great understanding between me and the group people. With my communication skills I was able to clear some doubts of the people. With my critical thinking skills I was able to put a brief reflection on the topic. (Tchamyou, V. S., 2019).I was taking use of this golden use of debate that we have to keep calm during the discussion. I was confident as this point not just helpful in my debate but is also helpful in life. My body language was proper and the form of discussion was understandable. I was speaking loud and clear so it was putting a good impression on the other team-mates. 2)Negative: I think that in debate on zero hour contracts, I was not that much interactive. I should develop the skills of solving any problem then and there, and should also sharpen my listening skills. I think that I would have to sharpen my mind and gain more information on the particular topic by researching thoroughly on the points, to provide a brief explanation on any part of the topic. I should be more aware of what tone I am using while talking in the debate. (Caliendo, M., Wittbrodt, L. and Schröder, C., 2019).I think I should always try not to let my emotions take over the logic of situations. And also, I should not bring up the brief about the past of the topic in between. so by these points I think that I need to improve my skills in this field. Skills Developed : I think by this group debate I have learned many things and also developed many skills personally. I have absorbed to structure and organize my thoughts. It enhanced my ability to form balance while talking, argue on the points of which I am having information and confirmation. The main skill developed in me was that I became the critical thinker and have my own questions and answers to argue on the particular topic.(Sheredeka, G., and et.al, 2021). Enhanced my skills to note each and every informative and innovative thought and go through

its brief study before speaking up. More I will say that it improved my skills to practice the debate part in different ways. It also sharpened my listening skills and my vocabulary. I am having more of the thoughts, words and information saved in my bucket of memory, to make a use of it in the arguments in other debates. I became more interactive and my confidence level reached to its peak point. I havedetermined that how we can sit together in a team and match our thoughts and then give a brief on that. I have come to know that how we prepare speeches on our own. I have also analyzed the fact that I have to listen the arguments from both the sides and then come up with the fresh thought with respect to the raised topic. It developed my ICT skills more, I am more active now with processing the topic. Overall I have learned that going through topic is useful in many ways. CONCLUSION With the above report I have concluded that first of all I need to be fluent and confident while speaking. I have to listen and remember each and every point carefully and keep it saved in my mind. Learn to command on the words and grab the chance to put forward my thoughts wherever needed.
